I agree... it differs from CM to CM, b/c mine sounded very frustrated and told me the systems were still down and to call back later, with no anticipated time. However, others seem to currently be booking... I guess I will just call back.... AGAIN!!!![]()
I had to try 3 times before I finally got a CM and system that worked. First time - I was disconnected by them 2 minutes into the call. Second time, system was down and CM was frustrated hung up, Third - nice patient CM - got all but CRT (water week) it was sold out.
