I agree... it differs from CM to CM, b/c mine sounded very frustrated and told me the systems were still down and to call back later, with no anticipated time. However, others seem to currently be booking... I guess I will just call back.... AGAIN!!!

I had to try 3 times before I finally got a CM and system that worked. First time - I was disconnected by them 2 minutes into the call. Second time, system was down and CM was frustrated hung up, Third - nice patient CM - got all but CRT (water week) it was sold out.

What is the farthest out anyone has been able to book CRT???

My husband tried to book breakfast for Feb 4 and nothing came up. He tried Jan 31 and it came right up. Someone else on here booked Feb 1, not sure which meal. I've read that Feb 4 and on is not working, but I've seen that some people have booked in March. I'm not sure which meal though.

I just booked for 2/2. The CM said it was only loaded to 2/4. How accurate that is, I don't know....

I was told the same thing, although I have since heard some late dinner times have been available (as in 8:00 pm or later).

I'm loooking for CRT as well but was told furthest out was early Feb. I was told to call back this evening for tomorrow. If anyone is able to book past early Feb. please post here.

Got all my ADR's except the Pooh character dinner at Crystal Palace. The CP is being refurbished and will not reopen until after our stay.=( Instead we are doing the LTT Character meal. Hope everyone is having better luck this afternoon!!

I just booked for 2/2. The CM said it was only loaded to 2/4. How accurate that is, I don't know....

I can't catch a break. I've been trying since 8 am!!!!!!! I KEEP CALLING AND CALLING. I have not stopped!

Well, I got through! I had a super sweet CM and I was very nice to her, told her I was very patient and asked about her day, she said it was crazy! Unfortunately she had to tell me to call back because her computer wouldn't let her into the system! BUMMER! I'll just keep trying later!

Just got off with a very nice and patient Cm. We could only get one ADR in before the system crashed again....

Better than nothing.

Made it through - finally! I just needed 4 dinner ADRs, and was able to get all I wanted. The times for Le Cellier, Le Chefs de France, and Kona Cafe are great. I would prefer my Cape May Cafe dinner earlier, but could only get 8:30. I'll keep watching that when everything settles down & I can check online. I may switch to somewhere else that can seat us earlier.

It looks like this will be a great first visit/30th birthday trip for my dear sister!

After hours of calling I got through and got everything I wanted and at the times I wanted! Makes the whole getting up at 2:00 a.m. seem kind of silly now! Pixie dust to those still holding or trying to get through.

I am lucky as I just got thru for a second time on the phone to try and make my one remaining ADR - breakfast at CRT for 6 March 22-March 28... But according to the CM it was booked that day (BBB in the AM) and for all meals for our 7 day stay

Not sure whether the system is really working yet - earlier I was told that "CRT is not loaded yet" or if it is indeed booked. But will be trying back later today....

bummed but ok as I know i was lucky to get thru at all....

I have tried to make ressies online once every hour since 10 AM and with no success. I am calling now and I absolutely love the hold music!

Online ADR's are booked off of the exact same system as the telephone ADR's. If one is down, the other is down. Disney had to do that at some point....and they knew this would happen, yes. Just like any other company that implements a new offer or changes an existing offer. Yes people are being inconvenienced. If it bothers you so much, why don't you wait 2 weeks for the crowds calling in to die down. And yes, at this point Disney has no control.....it is like a land slide. All they can do is make the ADR's as the system will allow them to until their tech support is able to resolve the issue.

The online system WAS down for a fact while I was having my ADRs booked by a CM at Disney Dining. I was refreshing, reloading and revisiting the page constantly, so despite what you say - they are not the same system

may i ask when you are going?? they said CRT was full for my whole week which is 3 weeks before easter.
