**October 27 2009, 180 Day Reservation Thread**

The whole dining system is down and can't get on. now its 130 people and you can't make any ressies at all. They just got an email NOT to make any ressies. I just hung up with a live person,

I did to. I cannot believe I said "yes" when she told me to try again in an hour.

Like I said, it almost seems like we staged a Denial of Service attack.

Same thing here, told system down. Was through with DVC, she got into the system then an alert came up saying system was down to try back later. Luckily for me I got most of what I wanted this morning..... Still need HDD, and Cindy's Lunch..... I'll try again later

This is ridiculous. I got up bright an early. Online down. Started calling when opened. Been redialing every since. Busy signal. So fustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would like to get this taken care of.

Called dvc member services as soon as they opened and got though right away. But keep in mind non dvc members if you get ahold of the member services number the first thing they will do is confirm your membership.

And before I was able to finish my ressie the dvc system is down as well.

Same experience here, got through to MS and they told me to try again later in the day. He said a good indication that they are online is the Dining website being online..... guess I'll just be patient and try later on today.

Dis-pression: defined as a disease striking all those who tried for ADRs on "The Dark Day": October 27th, 2009. Symptoms included a sore finger or two from hitting "end send" repeatedly, extreme frustration, a constant ringing in the ear from a reptitive busy signal and, in extreme cases, inability to work/clean/shower until said ADRs are achieved!

I called also and was told the system was down. CRT wasn't loaded when I made my ADR's earlier.

Well how fricking sad is this....can't even get the site to work...I knew this would happen but gees...I can't believe people are trying to book that far in advance already that it's shutting down the system!

Yeah for DVC!!!

Had been on hold forever with Disney.

Hung up.

Called at Member Services at 9am, got right through and made my reservations.

This system did crash before I could make my last two reservations but luckily I was able to get in all the important/must do one's before the system crash.

Should I wait my 20 minutes and hope they are up by then? I do have to do some work today! I wish I had connected on my cell so I could at least go to work. I am on the one phone at homethat has a functioning redial.

I got through, but the CM has had to put me on hold because she can't pull her system up.

I got one Ohana dinner ressie with confirmation # for 2/10.

Now she's transferring me to another agent, but I suspect I will just be in the queue for a long time again and get another agent who's system is crashing.

I just got off the phone w/ DVC member services. After not being able to make an ADR at 6 online, or from 7-9 on the phone, I figured I'd try going through them. The CM on the phone informed me that the dining reservation system went down last night, and that they have no idea when it will be up again. I asked if this was DVC's system or the entire Disney Dining System and he informed me it was the latter.

Has anyone been able to make ADRs this AM? Seems like a really bad time for Disney to drop the ball.

DVC MS just told me THE COMPUTERS ARE DOWN AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING RESSIS UNTIL ABOUT 11 am.

Anyone else hear this?

Just great. I'm on a plane on my way home from WDW right now and I tried to log in to see if the online reservations are workig yet. But, of course, they are not. It's about another 3 hours before I get to my office so I guess I have no choice but to wait until then to try online and/or phoning to get my ADRs for March.

I just got off the phone (97 minutes total) and got everything we wanted which is HUGE since we are doing the DxDDP and opting for 3 TS meals a day!!!! Yak and Yeti wasn't loaded for her yet but I don't care because we got all the rest and the CM I spoke with was fabulous!!!
