This is unacceptable. You wonder how much money they spent on the computer and phone system that can't work during a peak.

WHY?

Why didn't they roll the opening? 90 days this week, 120 days this week, etc.

If we were betting, we would have bet that this would have happened, so why don't they know it.

I have called 50 times in the last 15 minutes and get one of three responses.

the first two start with that operator sound. Three notes. You know what I'm talking about. Then a womans voice says either that my "call did not go through" or that "all circuits are busy".

The third only happened to me once. I got through to WDW and a mans voice on a recording said to try again later.

I diald the number 30 seconds early and I got a live person on with no wait....well about 30 seconds they phone was scaring me cause it started talking in another language...but then he picked up

Ive been trying since 7am I get the all circuits are busy now on the phone and the online ressies say the systems down. hhmmm I wonder how happy everyone is this morning because of this.

Almost everything was successful, except by the time I got through CRT was booked clear through the week for breakfast--we went with the Akershus princess dinner instead.
