ok is this the right number? 407-939-3463? I first got a "please check the number and dial again" message. So I did. Now I'm just getting a beeping. Now "your call did not go through, please try your call again."

Really? Their phones can't even handle the number of calls? I bet the CMs are enjoying the downtime though. I used to work in a call center and we loved it when the phones were down ....especially since we were talking to drunk gamblers all day. They deserve a little peace before the mobs of angry people are able to get through!

Why couldn't they just slowly roll over from 90 to 180??? Over the course of several weeks they could have gone from 90, to 100 days, to 110 days. Grrrrrrrr.

I'm doing an Escape wedding, too... my wedding planner told me she could make the reservation for me. We ended up booking a private room, so we didn't go the group dining route, but I was told they could handle it for me.

Right but my sis isn't doing a private room -- she wants Ohana for the night before for us, and GF cafe for after the wedding, they DID give her the personal number for the managers on duty to call directly, so she doesn't have to go thru group dining, but she still had to wait til this a.m. to call like everyone else.

I got on the phone with a live person at 6:03 and was told that there was no availability for CRT for March 5 or 6. Does that make sense to anyone? I had her check for everything ranging from a party of 12 to a party of 4. Nothing. What the heck???!!!

Disney needs to talk to American Idol and see how they do the phone lines.

Actually, I believe the telephone lines on AI are provided as a promotional consideration. I doubt AT&T would be willing to furnish Disney's reservations telephone system gratis, in return for, for example, sponsorship privileges at Spaceship Earth. Heck, I doubt there is anything Disney could offer (except truckloads of extra money -- I don't see any reason to think that that would be worth it).
