I am SO SORRY!!! that is aweful - i wont get my hopes up when i hear the pixie dust

just got thru... no idea how long the wait will be...

Well, I officially give up. This is truly insane. I slept 3.5 hrs. last night, been up since 4:45 central time, I need to sleep! DH took the kids to school, God bless him. Have been redialing for the past 1 hr. 36 minutes with no luck. Extremely frustrating. Will try again later after a long nap.

I am ready to throw something!!! Can you believe I finally get through and am put on hold. After 5 minutes, my cell phone lost its signal and now I'm back to square 1! PLEASE send pixie dust my way!!!!! I can only use my cell as we don't have long distance service at work (school building!!!) Congrats to those that were lucky this morning!

Well, I've been trying long enough to scan this whole thread.

Now I remember why I haven't planned a Disney trip before now. This is not fun. I don't want to get there and not be able to eat anywhere because of this one stupid day. Grrrr. I am NOT feeling the Disney Magic right now.

Got on,1 hour 29 minutes! Weird though, it went to tell me what the wait time would be....and it switched to spanish lady talking! Then regular english songs...hope I get english speaking CM, no hablo espanol! Good luck to you all!

SOB!! Ive been up since 1:55 am trying the online system. You know how far that got me. Started calling at 6 on the dot. Got through after about four calls. However, after being on hold for about 20 minutes, my call was dropped when I walked into the kitchen. So, try try again. I got through again and just as I got through the automated system - the call was dropped again!!

Have faith everyone -- and good luck! I was one of the ones up at 3AM and then again at 6AM when the online system didn't work and then crashed. I could not get through via phone for about 25 minutes (and dialed at least 50 times, using 2 phones). I was on hold for about 35 minutes. I got all the ressie I wanted, within 15 minutes (for week after Easter - school vacation). CM's computer was a bit slow, but she was super and laughing about how crazy the day was already. Hopefully, you all with all luck, too.

Don't give up. I was on hold for about 40mins. got thru to a very nice cm and got all 4 of the reservations we wanted in April.

I have been on hold for 1 hour and 25 minutes. This is crazy!!!!!! Booking for April school vacation.

At least you're on hold. I can't even get that far! Still redialing and listening to that lovely busy signal.

i am with you lemondog... same situtation but just got thru about 3 minutes ago... if you can hang in there i guess i would say keep calling... Although i am on hold and will be for god knows how long and then there's worrying about being disconnected or something... yikes. fingers crossed for you and for me!
