Oh , I forgot .
Did anyone see where the man from Texas lost 70 pounds in 7 months on the water diet ? He drank 3 glasses of water at each meal , 1 before, 1 after and 1 during. Others have claimed that they lost weight doing the same thing. It actually makes alot of sense when you think about it. Not only is it helping to fill you up faster but it does flush some salts and other stuff out of your system, not fat however but I think thats where the filling you up sooner comes in. He also said he ate desert everynight , thats what really matters :thumbsup2

I could buy into this one, I did this on the ship, just by chance, and I lost 10lb during the week. Now I did have more activity, but as you can see I would so believe this is possible.

Thank you all for the get well wishes for Ethan. I let him see them and it made him smile. I had to tell him that y'all are old friends so I didn't give the trip away!

I hope somebody is going to be around here tomorrow. I'll be home and bored to death! Get your typing fingers ready cause the board will be smokin':smokin:

Wow , thats amazing PJ since everyone typically tends to over eat on cruises. I AM one of those peps. I may try it this time since you have had success doing it and maybe I won't waddle off the ship with that always predictable 7 extra pounds. MMMMM.... CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

I'll be here Paula. Another day off for me
and maybe a snow day for the girls.

Off to read more TR'S but first I need to see if anything good is on tube tonight :happytv:

I had dessert every night as well, and only chose the sugar-free option, which are rarely lower calorie, one night. Literally outfits I brought on board that fit perfectly, were baggy by the end of the week. I would love to cruise for a couple of months, lol, just to run out the whole experiment.

No school for Noah tomorrow... but I must go to work... I've missed 2 of the last 3 days of work! Sweet Disney Dreams everyone!!

Is that the backstage safari? The Unofficial Guide describes it as, "a glimpse of how the animals are housed and cared for. Animal keepers and vets discuss conservation, animal nutrition, behavioral studies, and medicine. You'll see animal enclosures, feed bins, medical facilities, and labs, but not many animals."
In 2001, Christine and I arrived at the Conservation Station as they were performing an endoscopy on a cheetah. She wormed her way up front, right by the glass, and it took me about a half hour to find her. It was amazing. And, my photos came out great too! Now, whenever we're at AK, we always ask a CM if they could find out what procedures are on-tap for that day. The morning is the best time, from what we've heard.

Chris, Try Lowry park Zoo. (google for their web address) I think they have feeding/mentoring programs. I will research/call for you when I get a minute this afternoon. Other than them I can't think of anywhere except maybe Busch Gardens. Both of these places are in Tampa, about an hour and half from the Mouse. Hope this helps. Will check in later.

Hope all the Kiddo's are feeling better this morning:grouphug:

My DD and DH seem to be on the mend WOO-HOO!!!

The High today is 63!! That's chilly!!! I hope Mickey has some earmuffs.:goodvibes

Have a great day everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone!
I can't wait to hear your trip reports...we are doing Halloween 2008 with a double dip of Castaway Cay! Woo hoo! :cool1:

Why wait? Join us on this cruise!pirate: There might not be any food, drink or dance floors left when we get through!:dance3:

It's a good thing I'm home with Ethan today. I now have a sore throat and snotty nose:sick: . I hope this will be the last illnes for us this winter. We are never sick around here. He's had the flu and now pneumonia all in one season! My friends think I bring home the nastiness from the ER! I told them they better watch it or I'll come to their houses and lick the phones!:lmao:

I'm off to drink my fake coffee. Maybe the warm liquid will make my throat feel better!

Not on the kittys :cat: , but she might be interested in www.gatorland.com :snail: which really is educational and is about 15 miles from WDW.

As of 8:00 this morning, my company announced a merger with our biggest competitor. Per most of what I'm reading, we ACQUIRED them... so I think I'm in the safer seat, per se.

Anyone ever been through this... I'm having major worries but keeping a strong face on for my team. HOLY crap this is not what I was expecting this morning!
