a neighbor who is a personal trainer got the tix for free from a client and passed them along to us! 10th row on the side! and FREE!

DH did say it was painful, but it was worth it to see our almost 5 yr old sing the songs and dance all night long


I had hope to start the packing today but spent 3 hrs with DD at Urgent Care, she has a blood blister on "the thumb she sucks" and it is infected = YUCK and OUCH!

so the packing will hopefully get starts tomorrow evening or Monday....
dd starts a new school on Tuesday, I am actually sitting her awaiting a call from her new teacher.... she said she would call around 7.... 7:47 now... so I assume something came up, but I was really looking forward to "meeting" her tonite.... oh well... maybe I can start packing!

I got my shoes!!!!!!!!!!

I have looked all over for a certain kind of shoe........dressy black pump with a sort of see through material a couple places had them but never in my size or if they had them WAY WAY more than i was willing to pay for a pair of shoes i will wear once on the cruise and once to DD wedding...............FINALLY foun them to night at DOTS of all places for $18.99!!!!!!!!!!!

WOOHOO!!!!!

For all of you who have experienced losses, prayers and hugs.

For those who are not feeling well, wishes for a speedy recovery. For colds, I am a believer in echinacea, zinc and Vitamin C. Won't make the cold go away but reduces the sickness time to about half. My doctor told me that zinc help flush bacteria out of your body. Due to some health issues, I have difficulty with colds when I fly. She recommended that I use zinc a day or two before and on the day I fly plus one day after. I've managed to avoid my flying cold for the last 4 years. Now I do this anytime I feel a cold coming on.

For those celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, be sure to tell everyone on the cruise ship that you're celebrating. It makes your special day last longer.

My DH has been away for almost two months working really long days. He's coming home this week. I had a chance to travel to him a couple of times but I miss having him around. I can't wait for the cruise. He doesn't work as much when we're on the ship. It'll be fun to see the children (of all ages) in their costumes.

Our 2 boys were raised on Disney vacations and we've loved being DVC members. Our youngest son has 5 children and we took the two oldest (boys) to WDW last spring for 10 days. It wore me out so the little girls are going to have to wait until there are no diapers to change or naps to take.

This week, our oldest son and his wife called to say that we are going to have grandkid number 6. How can this happen? I only feel like I'm 22 and I'm gonna be a grandmother again? Boy!

Anyone need anything from the great American Southwest? prickly pear cactus juice for your margaritas (A southwest treat!)? little saguaro cactus ornaments? Let me know.

How many others are coming from the west for this cruise?

Cheshire.......I am a bit scared of getting eaten by a shark if the boat goes down, so your roster of movies playing on the cruise is not funny at all!!!!

JNS and PJ, thanks for clearing up the couple of questions for us. I believe both the Magic and Wonder are fairly similar, but there will be some differences on the Magic that will make it a fun experience to sail on.

TSOCCER5, congrats about getting to see Elton John. Live music is great, my wife and I both love it, and getting to be so close to the stage was a lot of fun I bet. My wife is a HUGE Rick Springfield fan, and if she got to be that close to the stage, I think she would faint with the excitement of it all!!!

Kimmielee for your loss. But living into your 90's is pretty darn good, but it is never easy to loose someone no matter what. I feel for your Dad being so upset & trying to talk to Noah.

Beth..........wow it's great you feel 22 & you are a grandmother. I feel pretty darn young myself & can't believe I will be celebrating the big 4-0 on our cruise.

Our cruise documents came and we saw that there are several costume categories for us 'older' kids :. We are thinking about doing something classic Disney, maybe Mary Poppins (Mary & Bert or Admiral B & First Mate) or something from Bedknobs and Broomsticks. It will be fun to get dressed up Disney style!!!

Disneygrl36, we saw that you are coordinating Dis braclets for the cruise. I know we are late comers and they may all be gone, but if you have any left we would like to get a couple.

Jordgubben I was born in Atlantic City but I guess that makes me a South Jersey girl. I cant watch thoes movies even when Im not on a cruise.
