three doors down from the midship elevator on Deck 6 - yay! Had my room number all along, but was a bit oblivious to it - just happy we are near a set of stairs/an elevator!

It's a sad day when surprising your child is perceived as showing off . I guess that's the world we live in today. With that said, I'll just let him go to school and surprise him in the car. I never thought about kids/parents becoming jealous/upset that someone gets to go on a surprise vacation. He's going to have to take his journal to school and tell the class about his trip. I hope nobody gets upset when he shows them how much fun he had. This isn't directed towards y'all, just something that really gets under my skin. Like when Ethan played soccer and they didn't win a game. At the end of the year everyone got a trophy just for playing. WHAT? When we were growing up we actually had to EARN things like that (that's why I don't have any ) It makes kids not strive to be better because they know they'll get something regardless of how they perform. Like I said, not directed towards anyone for their opinion, just society in general. I honestly never thought about it upsetting anyone.

MOONIE BRACELET UPDATE

While standing in the elevator at work yesterday I thought to myself, “hmm, this would be a nice outfit to wear to dinner on the cruise.” Here’s the catch, I was wearing white pants.

Does the “no white after Labor Day” thing still go for tropical locations where everyday is like summer? Perhaps those of you who live near palm trees can tell me how it is by you.

WHITE is good on any vacation in tropics........and when you are around palm trees!
We wear white year round down here!!!!!!!
