Kim.. I read that post about the crew members life it was very interesting, It definately made me want to treat them extra special, like they treat us.

No it was seriously only my 3rd drink.....
BUT...............
They were made at home by my DH!
And they were in VERY large cups! Made with lots of extra love, "he knew i needed a good drunk".

WEnt to a local outlet mall.
Had never been shopping there before,
I arrived at 10 am and left only cuz i had to at 4pm.

I bought soo much stuff.......
But for the cruise, i got
1. a dress to wear to PALO! it is a long dress but not overly fancy it t had been $189 to start and i got it for $22

2. my formal dress, cuz i know i am going to run out of sewing time! it had been $229 and i got it for $40

3. 2 tshirts from the disney store for the kids.

4. 4 trading pins

5. halloween cling ons from disney store for door

6. shirt for DH

7. also got Dd soem shirts for cruise at other stores

8. some shoes for dd for haloween costume

and

I got a dress for me for my eldest DD wedding not sure if ti will be for the wedding or the rehersal dinner.

GOSH am i exhausted tonight!!!!!

Am I doing something wrong or is everything booked already? I am not happy with Disney right now because they didn't get my Castaway Club info into my reservation so I wasn't able to book things until 8/13. Now everything (Palo, Spa, etc.) seems to be booked.

Yeah unfortunatley everything is just about booked.
If you are a Castaway cay memeber, maybe you could call and talk to soemone at DISNEY CRUISE, I bet they hold out on some stuff just for their stupid mistakes!

A phone call cannot hurt!

Good morning Moonies! I'm back to my routine of exercising and posting! I just did 2 miles at 0500 and it's already 82 degrees outside! We broke the record yesterday with a high of 106, not including the humidity. I love it!

Anywho, I'm just as happy about this cruise as can be! I talked to E's teacher and she said, "That's the coolest thing I've ever heard a parent do for their kid". When I started telling her, she said she got chills thinking about how much fun it's going to be for him. I almost told him the other day b/c he was so pissy, but I held off. I can't wait for that moment!

Reading all of y'alls shopping reports makes me sad that I don't have to do any of that. I am going to go stock up on suntan lotion soon before all the good stuff is gone.

Well, off to shower and wake Prince Charming! Y'all have a fanastic day!

Good call, I should do the same. I haven't done any shopping either with the exception of breaking down and buying the "uniform" shirt for embarkation day.

I figure I will wait until after the first day of school to tell JT's teacher that we are missing Parent/Teacher conferences and 3 days of school, good news is here we have Mon/Tues off for P/T conferences, we missed them last year too , and most of my aunts and my MIL are all teachers... so I do not set a good example, I have no issue with missing 3 days of school for an awesome vacation like this.

Kerry's teacher already knows, she cruises twice a year and is very excited for us. But we have yet to be told who J.T.'s teacher is, there was a lot of turnover at his school because they opened a new school a few miles away and a lot of teachers went there.

I think I am actually going to get one of the kids suitcases and put it in my closest to serve as my "box" now, since I got my shipment from the Disney Outlet my bag is now overflowing. The only thing I have to send back is DH's bathing suit.

Can we go yet? Happy Wednesday!!!

Lauren's formal dress came and it's BEAUTIFUL! We don't really have a place around here for kids to buy nice dresses without spending upwards of 200 dollars! Yay - EBAY!!! hard to believe she's growing up...
