Hi again! I love how active this thread is. I see my mom and I made it on the ToT host list, but not the meet and greet, is it too late for us to sign up? Meredith (me) and Deb. Room 7574.

Hi Meredith! I'm still working on the Meet n Greet. I fell behind on it while working on ToT. I'll be sure to get you and Deb added.

Group 4 is officially closed and we are closing sign ups for the FE! I cannot believe we filled 4 groups!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait!

Is there a reason not to start a 5th group for the one posted below your original post, since there is still 1 1/2 months to go...with the understanding they may have a smaller group. I know there are plenty of us in the other groups that might even fill in to make their group bigger. I just didn't want anyone sad about missing it.

Now, that being said, I dont mean to make your job harder. If needed, I could start tracking for group 5.

Hi all! Booked the cruise late so I see that I'm too late to join the FE group, but since I'm a big kid at heart I would love to join in on the ToT. It will just be DH and me on the cruise and we'd love to see all the kids dressed up since we'll be leaving our grandkids at home (much to their dismay!)
Looking forward to a great cruise - this is our first on Disney. 2014 we'll be bringing the DDs, DSILs, and all the grands!

The 5th group may be smaller than the others, but you can still give and receive the same amount of gifts. For instance, if there were only 5 SRs in the group, you could give 5 different days and still hit giving and receiving 25 exciting gifts. But, I bet it bypasses 5 SRs by quite a bit. I am also about to post this on our FB site, so you can PM me there if you prefer.

The Meet and Greet list in the Google doc has been deleted. The three women managing the orange HalloWonder rubber bracelets have a list and we have the list for FE and ToT. There's no value in a Meet and Greet list. Just show up in the Promenade Lounge and get a name tag and bracelet. See you in 47 days!

Looks like Palo Brunch Group for Oct 31 is a go...

So far we have:

Schepp - 2
Puffy23 - 2
Dcassetta - 1

Looks like we have room for 2 more in the Private Room.

Since we won't find out about reserving the room until about 30 days out for everyone interested, I'd also suggest making your own Palo reservations when your booking windows open.

Another thing to remember is the tables in Palo are arranged so people can talk with other tables which means the group can be larger than 12 - we just won't be able to get everyone in the private room but we can request that they are seated by each other.

By July 10 I will need everyone that wants to be part of the group to PM me with the names of the people in their party and their reservation number so I can turn it in.

1) If you are not on any of the FE lists (Group 1 -4) and want to be in Group 5
2) If you are on one of the other groups and additionally want to be added to
Group 5.

I will organize it and keep you guys updated. i have had 2 PMs from existing Group 1-4 people that would like to be on List 5 as well.
