ToT UPDATE: I have updated the ToT participant and volunteer/donation list as of this morning, June 23 @ 10:00am EST. If you did NOT receive a response message from me PLEASE contact me right away as it means I do not have you signed up and need you to resend your information.
AS OF TODAY, we have the following:
- 55 Trick or Treaters participating
- 12 Volunteers to run Candy/Treat Stations (need at least 16 for minimum 8 stations/2 adults per station)
- 18 People donating candy
would like 5 "Fun Size" bags of candy per station. So, if everyone donating brought at least 2 bags we are almost there on candy!
- 5 People donating "Non-candy" treats. NEED more volunteers in this area. Would like each child to get 5 items. These will be distributed at the LAST station in a Halloween goodie bag. These can be store bought, homemade
anything Halloween or Disney related. Not every child will get the same items. HOWEVER, every child will get an identical treat my 12yo DD is making. Love her helping Mommy out! Disney kids are the best

SPECIAL NOTE: Regarding Stateroom # information
I have requested this as your first "ToT Clue" will be made available to you at the "Meet & Greet", however, if you are not in attendance or forget to pick up your clue at that event then I need to have a way to distribute this information to you. There will be a START TIME on ToT day on your clue but your clue will take you to your first treat station. The LAST treat station will be the same for everyone so we can gather and see all the smiling faces, LOOT and snap a few pictures. This process will help avoid a morning congestion & allow you to start your ToT adventure from breakfast, the pool, meeting spot you arrange with friends, the spa etc. No morning mob.
