Hello! We haven't posted a lot lately but definitely love reading the posts and adding to our excitement about the cruise! Tomorrow will be our 1 month countdown to our trip - yeah!!!! We are staying at WDW afterwards and doing the MNSSHP and Animal Kingdom. My girls are very excited about being at Disney on Halloween.

Is the deadline for a final decision on FEs still on the 25th? With all our activities (girls and DHs and mine) plus an exam I am studying for I am trying to make sure I can get our gifts without stressing too much! We are also traveling with another family so I will check with them tomorrow (this is their first cruise and we did not do the FE on ours last year). I know my kids would really have a blast with it - our neighborhood does "Boo" each year and we always have so much fun doing that!

I am looking forward to meeting everyone! My girls posted on the kids thread a few days ago, but everyone must be just as busy with school being in full swing again.

So if we decide for sure on the FE, do we just need to add our info to the spreadsheet?

I have been stalking the DCL website like crazy waiting for my cabin number. Did any of you guys book gty cat 12 rooms and if so do you have your stateroom number yet?

I went through DU so I wonder (no pun intended) if they will get my cabin nimber first. Of coarse I emailed my TA but haven't heard from her yet?

Yes, the cut off is tomorrow, so if you'd like to join let us know and add your information to the spread sheet that msabol has started (it's back a few pages, sorry I can't remember which page off the top of my head). Three our of cabins are GTY booked thru Disney and we're still waiting on room assignments! I too have been stalking the DCL site for the last week or so! Hoping everyone who booked a GTY will get sprinkled with some pixie dust and get an upgrade!!

Yeah, it seems like a lot of us have kids too, and boy can they keep us busy, busy, busy!! I'm spending a lot more time on the boards these days to prepare, and of course stalking the DCL site like I mentioned before!!

I agree, we like to keep it simple .

I will say, I'm glad we don't have too much chatter. On our last cruise, we booked it a little over a month before we sailed. By the time I found the thread it was over 100 pages long! It was a lot to sift through. And it was a lot of, "How was the soccer game last night?" So nothing having to do with the cruise.

I would like to see what everyone's fish extender looks like if anyone is interested in posting it. I am almost done with mine, and as soon as I finish, I will post the picture .

I was wondering if I could get a little info from a few folks. I'm working on finishing up my FE gifts and the gifts I am making and personalizing I need a little info from a few folks.

akelly1499-can I get your family's last name and your kids names?
CaptMarge-can I get your family's last name and your kids names?
Hecktor-can I get the last names of the 2 families in your parties?


If you don't mind giving me this info I'd appreciate it. If you'd rather not, I understand, just let me know so I can proceed a different way with my FE gifts.

We also just got our room assignments, we only received Cat 11's. Not really an upgrade but that's ok because we're happy to just be going!! Adding our cabin #s to the spreadsheet now!
