I think Lynn ( Dizzi) has the logo she can email you.

Just found out we are headed to DTD this Sunday anybody need me to look for anything while I'm there?? I'd be happy to price, take pictures of, etc..etc.. I know we will make several more trips before the cruise so this one can be my "SCOUTING" trip LOL...

2 posts in one day, I should get a cookie!! Have a great night everyone!!

Ooohhh a man in a kilt??!!?? Am I the only one wondering? Do kilt wearing men really go commando? <throat clearing>

pirate: AARRGGG! That's for a Scot to know!

:surfweb: Oh stop strutting, dear. Remember, it's windy up on deck and this is a family cruise.

That is a question I have always wanted to know the answer to.;) Thanks LovableGluttons for asking it. You can make a bet I will be up on deck if it is windy.
I have always wanted my DH to wear a kilt but no luck. Maybe if he sees someone else he might agree.

Sorry seen enough drunken Scots men in klits :scared: :scared: :scared:
not a nice site :headache: :headache: :headache:

have a great day out
I have the logo to so just PM me your email

DH has booked a week away for us in Marjora after Easter ,it is an Island of Spain
he goes cycling there every year but I've never been
so looking forward to a quite relaxing week with my books and laptop and he can cycle away all day , its a 4 star hotel with out / in door swimming pool and a big gym ,
NO KIDS :thumbsup2 Thanks Mum :flower3: and the cat

I was always told that a TRUE Scotsman doesn't wear anything under his kilt! But to be honest, after my walk along the nude portion of Orient Beach in September - I'll be looking the other way if it's windy on deck :rotfl:

Oh to be on a windy deck in the Carribbean with the sun - we're having a snow day here today. Hopefully this is "Sheila's Brush" - although Paddy's Day isn't until Monday. We're not adjusting well - it really looked like we were having an early spring there for a while. But as they say here - we live in Newfoundland, not Disneyland!!

JNS - will send you a PM now about the logo, and have a look for iron on paper and t-shirts. I am not Crafty Cathy, so this could be interesting!

And good news folks - that other family we know who are going with us from here - the mom has become a lurker on the thread and is in the process of trying to come up with her DIS name, so should join any day!! We have another convert  . Her comment last night was "That crowd seem to be as obsessed with the cruise as we are - maybe more so!"

Chat tonight!

Valerie

Hi all... I have been a little MIA lately. It is my favorite time of year in Florida so I have been spending every free moment outside!!!! We live on 3 acres and have many fruit trees this time of year the air smells devine!!! Citrus blossoms have to be one of the most wonderful smells!!!!
I love makimg shirts so I will definetly join in and make some for my crew. But i can honestly say I will not make them untill sometime in Sept. I am waiting untill we all lose a little weight!!!!
Happy planning:goodvibes

Hey! That gives me a GREAT idea! We need to shop and find a lime green tartan to make DISkilts with for the men to wear with their HOTHS t shirts! Then, we can get them all to stand on the stairs of the ship and we'll get pictures of them from underneath!

It'll be very Benny Hill!

LOL I know I'm "skirting" trouble here, so I'm off to PM Lynn for the logo. After the twelve hour night shifts this weekend, and my first LPN graduation this Sunday night (I tear up just thinking about my students heading off to boards and the wide world of nursing), my schedule is supposedly slowing down just a tad so I can tackle these projects.

Of course, isn't that what I said a bit over a month ago?:rotfl:

now thats a great dieting tactic for the cruise as it would definitely put me off my food!

I'm starting my first cruise project TODAY :woohoo: - going to the fabric shop to pick up some fabric to make pirate shirts for the lads. Then I have just got to make sense out of what looks like a very complicated pattern!

Hi everyone
great chatting to you all last night

Just needed to share my excitement! I have just booked the Doubletree Guest Suites in Downtown Disney for the week before the cruise, and an apartment at the Cypress Point Grande Villas for the 2 nights after the cruise!

I am off out for lunch with DH to celebrate and then we are going to the fabric shop! See you all later!

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

PS Great chatting to you all last night - how long were you chatting - the problem with being in the UK is the late time of the chat sessions, I am really tired this morning!

Hello All!!

Congrats on your first graduating class Lovable!!

  Making Reservations always makes it feel so REAL!!!

I had a lovely time chatting last night too!! Amy and I were the last to leave around 11pm our time I think??

I will looking for mickey sprinkles and cookie cutters at DTD this weekend, anymore requests?

Have a FANTASTIC FRIDAY EVERYONE!!!:dance3: :dance3: :dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

I have just changed my booking and have cancelled the Doubletree and booked the Cypress Pointe resort for the first week - saving £400 in the process. I realised that we wouldn't be able to spend much time in Downtown Disney anyway, and as I have decided to book a rental car, the need to be within walking distance of DTD and the buses became less of a priority. We now have a 3 bedroom condo for the first week, and it gets good enough reviews on Trip Advisor. I just hope I have made the right decision - I am always so indecisive when booking places.

Congratulations on saving £400 what are you going to spend it on
I can be the same about booking chopping and changing
least now with DVC we know what we'll be getting
can start booking on Sunday

Sorry to me a downer but i have just gotten the news that my Uncle Eddie has been told he has severe lung cancer and it has spread to his lymph nodes. we dont know what stage it is at but we are hoping we can catch this and get him in remission. My other uncle, his brother, will be taking to a cancer research hospital in Houston, TX called MDAndersons. We hear its one of the best in the country. I hope you all can put him somewhere in your prayers as i have alot of faith and believe in power of prayer.
