October 22, 2005 Roll call

I was just thinking the daily meet at the pool (3pm) just because it would give everyone a chance to maybe make it to one. I know I probably won't be there every day either...like on port days...were not planning on staying on the ship so chances are high we wouldn't be there any of those days....I was just trying to make it easy to remember when and where...how about sea days (theres only two of them) at the pool at 3pm.

As for meeting in Sessions or Promenade then moving...I'm sure we can leave a message with the bartender as to where were moving to...then late commers can just ask. Also...I don't think we'd meet there and move to quickly...so we should be there long enough to give everyone a chance to show up. Anyways it's just an idea. :teeth:

What a super way to celebrate, Come cruise the Mouse and his ship the M A G I C. :love1:

Howdy again....I have a question. My SIL called DCL and asked if they would be doing some Halloween activities on our cruise. She was told they would be having some activities, including some trick or treating for the kids. Does anyone know anything about this? I figured since it was BEFORE Halloween, there would not be anything going on. Is this right? Anyone have any insight about Halloween activities?

Thanks....

That is some intresting news...I never really thought about any Halloween activites on our cruise...since it is before halloween. But that would be cool if they did...I'm sure all the kids would get a kick out of it. I hope someone else can shed some news on this topic.

I suppose it could be different this year ... BUT we cruised the exact same week last year and there were NOT any Halloween activities. There were some the following week (the actual holiday week). Could DCL have been confused on which week she was asking about?

I'm going to talk to my SIL today and find out if either her of DCL got her dates confused. I don't want to doubt her, but I have not seen or heard anything about this. I'll see what she has to say....

I'm not sure about the activities on board (Halloween related)....but I did see some REALLY CUTE Halloween related stateroom gifts on-line last night. But IMO...they were quite spendy for what you get. :confused3 Pdarrah...did you notice if those sort of things were offered last year at this time??

congratualtions! we too spent part of our hoenymoon on the 'Magic' in 2003, so hope you have a lovely time like :sunny: we did!:)

Hi Mrs. Abuboo! Congratulations

My DH & I honeymooned at WDW, but that was back before DCL existed! The Magic sounds like a perfect honeymoon to me.

If you are interested in our cruise website, there is a link in my signature below. If you would like to be added to the "Who's going" page, just email or send me a PM.

I just want to say to everyone! I am so excited and now even more so since reading all of your ideas. This is our first cruise and we can't wait. I thought I was a WDW fan but you all put me to shame. My first trip was at age 4 in 1971 for the opening. Can wait to meet everyone on the 22nd!

Hello again everyone,
Just wondering... is this really a Dis Cruise? Certainly is an expanding population :cool1: I suppose there could be a few on board who haven't seen the light yet :rolleyes1
still working for our ears :earboy2:

Just to say two little packages arrived this afternoon with our tickets in.
A bit battered but nevermind that. Just wonder if anyone can assist us with filling in the forms. It says on the flap of the box that embarkation forms must be filled in per guest. They have only included one of these. Also very confused by the Bahamas Immigration Form - what do you fill in in section 2 i.e. how long are you to be there? Anyone help with this please.

Anyone on our cruise received an upgrade - havent heard any whoops of joy yet.

Brenda you lucky thing! Im really jealous...hope ours come soon! :cool1:

cant remember what you need to fill out so will let you know when we get our tickets:)

Skallywag ( got to like that name :flower: )
Embarkation form is in your individual Travel Booklets, ours was right after payment authorization form (money first ya know). Cant really help with the Bahamanian form since they forgot to send ours, I'm sure someone else who has done this before can help with that. Glad to hear you got your documents

Welcome to the new cruisers! Yup we have a few DISers on board this one! Should make for a fantastic trip!

The bahamas form is for your stop on Castaway Cay, so you would write in 1 day for your visit.

I am starting to get just a tiny bit worried, no docs and we leave in 12 days! Oh well, I will keep my eye out for the FedEx man!! By the way, have you ever seen the arrow in the FedEx logo?? Hubby pointed it out to me, I had never even noticed it but I see ALL the time now LOL :rotfl:

Welcome to New DISer from a new DISer myself.

See you at first day "Get together".

Ok, Please show me the Arrow....Can't see it and driving me nuts...HEHE... :confused3 :rotfl2:

Edited after finding it.... :Pinkbounc
Found it..... :cool1:

Thanks
Walt
