Jeff, Aren't you gone yet?? The way the weather is around here maybe you and the family should park your collective hiney's at the airport. You know, 50's one day and a blizzard the next??

I think Jeff should stake out all the good excursions on his Western next week. We are expecting a full trip report when you return. If not, remember, I know where you live. (Well, kind of anyway).


Chuck says "thank you" for all the birthday wishes. His DB and wife threw him a Mexican themed dinner last night and tonight it's just us and the kids. Poor old man is napping now because we spent the day taking the trees down and his Christmas Village.

It's nice to have our living room and family room back in order again except now everything looks so big!

I believe Jo and Danny (Perdidobay) already left for their vacation at WDW, but let's all wish them safe and happy travels!!

OMG!!! I just have to share....

Chuck was talking to my brother just now on the phone and my brother asked him what he got for his birthday. He said, " I already got the best gift I could ever ask for...Nancy's cancer free diagnosis"!!!

Awwww, shucks!! Now i know why I love him so much!!!!

Hope Chuck is having a good B-Day. Mine is being spent doing work so I can get out of here this Thursday.

Suz asked what I wanted for my dinner and I said I knew of a place that was serving soup/chili in Meno Falls.

I hear you about the weather. It looks like some precip is coming in as of Thursday. I already put Suz on notice that we may try to fly on Wednesday if the weather turns bad (AirTran has a 5:27 flight out that gets in at 10:4?).

We haven't even started packing yet.

Nancy, what a doll he is!!! Definitely a keeper!!!!!!!!

I will definitely post some photos of Kira's baptism this Saturday. I had a hard time finding her an outfit, seems like all the christening outfits only fit 6 months + I found one but it's still big for her but it's all I could find after 3 huge malls and many many stores!!

Here's a photo of her on New Years Day. I took an imprint of her foot and wanted a photo to go next to it (in those frames that we got as a gift) and this was my best shot, I love this one!

Say, has anyone been peeking over on the cruise board about the Magic going back to California from May-Sept 2008??? If that happens, I really want to do the Western Repo cruise!!! I wanted to do the last one but we just couldn't afford it. I told Rob it could be our 10th Wedding Anniversary gift

Anyone else interested in the Repo???

That picture is precious. Kira is just adorable.

If the Magic is going to the west coast, I would love to do a repo, but I can't do 2 weeks at either end of summer or I would. The front end is our year end and I'm doing the next year's budget and the return is in the middle of our audit. We are interested in doing a 7 night the first week of June though.

If we were able to do the repo, I would definitely do the west bound one. The east bound is during hurricane season and if I remember correctly from the last eastern, they had to steer away from a tropical storm off of Cabo.

I'll try to do my best with a trip report. DS has to keep a journal for the trip, so maybe you'll read about it from the eyes of a 6 yo.

What I lack in writing, I will try to make up in pictures.

Karen it's the inward or outward journey from Florida and thier like 14 days cruises,when they took the ship to california we got on the waiting list for the return journey back home down the panama canal but after months of waiting we heard nothing so i rang DCL "no sorry it aint looking good"...so we booked a RC suite for 14 nights round the MED,5 bloody days later DCL rang.."DO YOU STILL WONT A SUITE"....Because it was me who booked the MED cruise and not the wife the kids didn't speak to me for a month and i lost a stone in weight....

ps...Did i mention what a great cook Hazel is?...
