WFTV - ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Early Thursday morning, two people sitting on a bench at Disney's Pleasure Island were robbed at gun point.

The victim's weren't able to give police a good description because both men were wearing Halloween masks. Orange County deputies said a couple was trying to get some quiet time alone at Pleasure Island when two men came up to them and pointed a gun in their face.

The man and woman were sitting on a bench on the back side of the entertainment venue around 2:00 Thursday morning. One of the men was wearing a 'joker' or clown-like Halloween mask while the other was wearing a plain black ski mask.

The two suspects demanded everything the couple had. The man gave up his wallet and $25. Deputies found the empty wallet in another part of Pleasure Island.

I just finished posting my pictures. I put a post on the KK site for you all to go view them.

If you can not access the KK site please let me know and I can pm you the information.

Dear Konked Kruisers,

Jay and I wanted to thank you for adopting Sheldon J. Plankton on your cruise and we hope he wasn't too much trouble. The plush green guy returned home to us last night full of incredible tales and loaded down with contraband. I don't think I want to know how he made it through Customs.

We were very amused by the wardrobe that Plankton appears to have assembled during the cruise ... love the formalwear (he even has a walking stick!) and the Pirate garb was very impressive. And...am I wrong to be concerned about what appears to be a lime green Borat thong? :scared1:

Obviously someone(s) spent a fair amount of time pulling this all together - thank you for your generosity and creative energy and sense of fun. It's very comforting to know that there may be people out there who are actually more demented than Jay and me. :lmao:

It sounds like you all had a wonderful cruise and for that I am more pleased than you can know - if anyone deserved a great trip it was this group. I've enjoyed sharing the fun and excitement with you and will miss the daily back and forth. If you happen to wander off the cruise boards and see me around, please say hello.

Karen, thanks for masterminding the kidnapping plot and taking care of Plankton on the ship. We enjoyed meeting you and your family so much and hope that there's another meeting for us in the future. By the way, Jay loves the HRC magnet!

Linda, thanks again for collecting those pins for Jay, who was quite pleased last night as he sorted through them. We were so disappointed that we weren't able to hook up at WDW this year but are confident that there will be another opportunity for us to do so - Plankton is very interested in European travel.

Nancy, thank you for collecting our little green terror and seeing him safely home. I hope it wasn't too much trouble. Jay and I were very sad not to share this cruise with you and Chuck, but are really looking forward to seeing you this summer in Cheeseland. Where exactly, I don't know... when exactly, I'm not sure... but we will be there!

Many thanks again to all of you who played a part in this - we're having so much fun reliving your cruise through Plankton's eye. Also, many thanks to the anonymous KKer who passed along a YOMD pin trading lanyard to us! It will make a great keepsake along with the Dream Fastpasses we won on my birthday! :goodvibes

Best wishes to all of you for good health and prosperity. :grouphug:

Brenda and Jason

You're very welcome Brenda:goodvibes - we just wish you could have travelled too.

I have updated his trippie again today - I've just finished the day before we cruise, so tomorrows installment includes the KK meet.

As you come across the photos of Planky in his outfits in his trippie I will dedicate each one to the "maker" of each costume. I had lots of help - thanks again ladies:goodvibes - it was fun:goodvibes

Rose,

Great photos! Thanks for sharing! And thanks again for taking some parasailing pics :thumbsup2
I hope I got some good pics for you guys pararsailing.

Your tenderloin from Palo looked very sad, was it any good? Or was it just not photogenic?? :rolleyes1 :lmao:

Honestly I don't remember. I just loved being there and with excellent company and really good champagne. I do remember my last night of the cruise I had tenderloin again and that one was the best ever!

How was the Dolphin Swim??? We were still going to do ours but Rob's family opted out and the only way we could get their portion refunded was to cancel all of our ressies because they made a mistake on the time. Was the water really choppy or was it manageable???
It was great! I heard about your mixup... so sorry:sad2: . The water was really wavy and strong though. I had a very hard time in it. I am not a good swimmer and we had to swim out a bit, then the dolphins would bring us back in. I was struggling to get out there. I have very mild asmatha, never usually notice it, but I did then! By the third time out Bob, who is an excellent swimmer, just told me to hang on to him and he pulled my out! I think my son did ok with it, so he says. But yeah, it was very hard to manage, I thought. BUT... WORTH EVERY MINUTE AND PENNY OF IT!

While everyone else was at the wine tasting.

We had a smoothie meet. MMMMMMMMM!!!!!

I love this pic!

This whench who proposition me....:lmao:

I saw this woman too.

Maybe it's just me, but I thought that this was a bit too spicy to wear around little kids on the cruise. Perhaps if she was on more of an adult cruise or if she only wore this to the night clubs later that night but .... well that's just my opinion:sad2:

Oh yeah, and who stuck my cute little Charlie Tuna in the back row with all the tall guys? All you can see is his left eye. :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

I know Nancy! I saw that and thought that was Chuck, he's behind Bob.

:headache: :sad2:

Carrie and Scott,
Great photos:thumbsup2

I only saw 126 though, you've got a few hundred more hiding somewhere.....

OMG!! I just noticed that I have nothing to complain about. Is that Al next to VA Scott trying to fade out of the picture. And who the heck is that on Al's right (behind Robin)? All I see is the top of someone's head...barely. :scared1:

that would be my dad trying to hide from it!

just be happy hes in the picture!

We actually had Dragan for our dinner in Palo. He was great.

BTW, the room was NOT being used at 8:30 that night. I am so p'd at that. They could have easily accomodated us. Too bad we didn't know Chris was dining that night. He could have joined us and used his Conceirge connection to get it I'm sure.

We'll have to plan early on the next cruise to get that room.

The group that were in the private dining room that night, Jeff, were very loud!

that pic you took of robin and i in the terminal was the better than the one they took on embarkation day. we didnt even bother buying it because we liked yours better.:thumbsup2

Your lucky Nancy that you can see his eye. All I can see of Rick is the top of his head behind Robin...and he's pleased! He doesn't really like his photo taken:rotfl2: :thumbsup2

As long as you enjoyed everything you ate and drank, then you have nothing to worry about. You'll lose it quick enough. I was great meeting you, Di and Bev's Dad, Harry, enjoyed talking to Walt whenever they met.

I wouldn't worry too much. I gained 6 lbs and lost 4lbs of it by the next day. I think it was water weight. ;)
