Wow...do you think this might be a goog substitute for not seeing the launch of the shuttle?

Sounds good to me too Heather. :)

Nancy - Thanks for the b-day wishes :goodvibes

You're welcome Jen. :cutie:

Is anyone leaving today? (I don't have my list handy). Safe travels to all of us over the next few days!

I'm not sure if anyone is heading down there today. Tomorrow it's the VD girls, & Heather (maybe someone else).

Woot! Last day at work! Woot!

It's a great feeling isn't it Steve?

I have been forgetting to post our chain questions.

What is our room number

Her answer was "I don't know 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & 5."

:cool1: Showered, one load of :laundy: going, found another load to do, our bathroom has been swept and moped. Our bedroom is done. The upstairs hall way is done. Now all I have left to do upstairs if Kelsey's room. Which I am off to go do.

Up stairs is done. Both of the kids have piles on their bed of stuff they need to put away tonight. Now I just have the down stairs to do.

We have to make another run to walmart. :sad2: The shower cady I bought yesterday for the kids bathroom did not fit.

That is something I have been putting off to save money for the cruise and now I go get one and it won't fit. I have to rethink what I am going to do for their shower now.

Then about 2 weeks ago I bought new clippers for Scotts hair. The ones we had were 6 years old and needing to be replaced. Used the new ones for the first time today and they are horrible. Really did not cut at all. So those are going back also.

Times like this make me wonder why I shop at Walmart.

Steve,

I have a question for you. I have two disposable cameras to bring along. One is an underwater camera and the other is a digital. Do you think there will be a problem if I put those in my checked luggage as opposed to my carry-on ?

My concern are the xray machines in both places.

Thanks Mr. Techy :)

whenever I travel they ask if i have film or disposable cameras in my checked bags. I think they might get damaged. Diane Yah We leave tomorrow for Disney hooray. Hope to eat a Casey's hot dog and Dole whip. Cass and Rob talk about them on their live trip report. See ya all on Saturday.

No problem with the digital at all. As far as the disposable cameras go... High speed film are the ones that have the biggest difficulty with X-Ray machines. 100-400 ASA generally had no issues with airport x-rays until 9/11 and increased security. Now they are stronger and the intensity increased to penetrate even lead lined bags. Nowadays, you should have your film in a carry on that is manually inspected. Once the film is developed you will no longer have difficulties.

Downstairs bathroom is cleaned.
