He's having fun, so am I at coaching. Their last week is the 20th, but we will miss that. It is a double-header day ontop of that. So we miss two games.

The team is doing pretty good. They listen to me during the game and correct what they need to and play really good. Last weekend I had the defense playing really good. They shut the other team down.

They've played 5 games. Two were even, one they killed them, one they got killed, and the other they were slightly better.

Thanks for asking.

Jeff, you just explained Alex's season! We are missing the last game and they have pretty much the same record as your team. Alex is the quarterback, so I have to say the games are really exciting for Rob and me. Although I do have to admit to yelling at the ref last week, "They're holding my baby!" when Alex was on defense.....:scared1:

Just wait til I get to show all the KKers how nice of a personality I have. :rotfl2:

:rotfl2: Ok, you put my mind in the gutter.....

I like that idea. I am doing the pillowcase thing for Mac. But the shirt is a good idea also.

Carrie--your older kids may like the pillowcase thing too. Last year when we cruised the 3 day, my kids loved getting them and their ages were 13 and 10 and 6. Also, a plain photo mat is a good idea....you just slip in one of their favorite pics when you get home.

Here's my humorous story for the day:

Lady brings her infant to the Emergency Department. She claims that the child won't eat all day. The child has been inconsolably fussy. I examine the patient and can't find a doggone thing wrong with her. PA examines child, still can't find anything wrong. We send the child back to be seen my a MD. MD can't find anything wrong with child. RN taking care of child empties childs bottle of the juice that she will not drink to fill it with a pedialyte and fresh juice. Upon finishing the refill, even though the bottle was not warmed, the nurse checked the bottle out of force of habit. Nothing comes out. Nurse checks nipple and finds no hole. She tosses said nipple and fetches new one out of the stockroom and then gives bottle to child. Child then drinks entire bottle and falls fast asleep. Case Closed.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I'm soooooooooooo ready for this trip - even my hand luggage is zipped up and ready to go:yay:

Got all my jobs done (except the kitchen painting:rolleyes1 ) so its just pampering and playing the waiting game now:rolleyes:

All my friends and relatives birthdays are sorted and wrapped for October and early Nov too so no panicking when I return:banana:

I wanna get on a plane NOW!!!!!!!

I'm gonna burst of I have to wait much longer:yay:

I showed Ellis Cass's trippie this morning and told him Kira was already there and having her first time in WDW....his answer "Thats not fair! Why cant we go today....now?"

I felt exactly the same:lmao:

Get me to WDW before I go insane:crazy2: :crazy2: :crazy2: :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

Ooops! - too late:lmao:

Where is everyone? Well, I guess it is ok that I am alone right now, but I hope there is a lot of posting this afternoon because I have a feeling that I will need some entertaining reading this evening......I am taking Emily to yet one more doc up in DC and we will be travelling back home in the afternoon rush hour traffic.:scared1: I haven't had a "real" job in over 14 years so rush hour traffic is not anything I am used to. Poop Em, she'll be bombarded with "cruise talk"....:rotfl:

Hey Karen.....

I am just as excited as you are! I am not as prepared though. I still have pieces of pirate costumes to sew, and I still have to alter my clothes....My kids getting sick has thrown a wrench in my preparations. Thank God they are not seriously ill, though. Nothing I can't handle.

The let down after this trip will be bad. At least we have Christmas just around the corner.:goodvibes

Oh, and I have colored my...it's a little redder than normal. Rob told me last night that he thinks I'm BIG RED.....

I can't be BIG RED...my personality isn't perky enough!:rotfl:

Well, I'm off to get Alex ready for school. Y'all have a great day.

Chris--I liked your joke about the ladies in the sauna...I had heard it already but it was men in the joke instead of women....more realistic with men I think..:rotfl:

Have a great day Paige...stay safe in that traffic - I'm the same - only like it when the roads are quiet:rolleyes1

fingers crossed for Emily at the docs..Hope all goes well.

Geez - its quiet on here...I'm going to watch Dr Phil...

Maybe the show will be about adults with disney obsessions, or over eager adults who want to board planes early:lmao:

Cruise-A-Palooza's

Sorry for the interuption, but I just want to send some Pixie Dust your way for an enjoyable cruise next Saturday.

And, a very special twinkle of dust for my friends, Jen & Mark and Kevin & Nan.

Take good care of our ship, we'll be there as you disembark on the 20th!!

Safe travels everyone!!

Nancy & Chuck

Thanks Nancy for the well wishes! :goodvibes We'll try to make sure the Magic stays in "ship-shape" for you guys (pun intended). ;)

Anyway, have a great week next week as you get ready to have a MAGICal time on your cruise and have a very safe trip to all of you!

Take care,

Jen & Mark :sunny:

Good morning all!

I was going to hop on last night...turned on the laptop (which is in the living room) at about 7:45, laid down on the couch while it was booting up, and woke up at 10PM. So, I went to bed. I figured I needed to sleep.

Carrie and Scott - have fun on your date night before the cruise! What a great way to start your vacation!

Jeff - I will have to try your suggestion for checking in online.

Carrie - I'm also planning to make myself a white t-shirt to have signed!

I cannot believe we're leaving next week and I haven't packed ANYTHING yet! I think that's Sunday's project. I did go to Walmart yesterday and pick up a bucnh of odds and ends for the trip (Dramamine, travel toothpaste, ziploc bags, etc.)

Thomas got his haircut yesterday for the trip (it's SO short, but cute) and tonight is my turn! Pete will get his cut this weekend.

I think it's time for more pics....

Here is alex with a smoothie.....

Parents, please remember these smoothies do not come with dinner. You have to pay for them separately. We were NOT told this on our first night of our last cruise....needless to say, we were taken aback...Luckily, Rob had to sign for them, so we knew to say no when they offered them the next night. We had them only as "special treats"....

Oceaneer's Lab..cookie making.....

Even though this is not on the ship, I still get excited to see it. It's actually inside the airport....

These pics are all of Alex, sorry. Sometimes he was the only one who I could sweet talk into taking a pic.

oops.......I think I may have posted the cookie making one a while back. Sorry about that. I was thinking that maybe the little ones would enjoy seeing one of the many fun activities in which they will be able to participate.

Nancy, did you get my email?

Yup, got it this time. Thanks!

Thanks Nancy for the well wishes! :goodvibes We'll try to make sure the Magic stays in "ship-shape" for you guys (pun intended). ;)

Thanks Jen...enjoy the MAGIC!!

So after that I wonder how much her bill is going to be in order to find out that the nipple was the problem. Poor mother probably feels real stupid right about now.

I thought of that, so I asked Kelsey a few months back if she would want one and she told me no, that it is a thing for younger kids. That she will be fine her autograph book. Kyle I asked a few times but he would not answer me. One of those he could care less things.

I am trying to give the older ones more a choice for some of the things so they don't feel like we are forcing them to do things they don't want to do. Which we are accused of all the time.
