:lmao: :lmao: Am on my way out the door but ive been up since 3.30am back at the weekend,is Jeff back Cass?, i just don't have the time to read back...:)

Welcome back Jeff are favorite number cruncher,Heather,Karen and Lindy Loo (if your about) morning lady's,oh give them hell and nick all the mile-stones you can get, must go have a great end to the week....:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

So, should we all post what we have left to do to get ready for the cruise? That should take a few posts :)

I have to:

finish door signs
do t-shirts
laundry and packing
research ports - I stilll haven't figured out what we'll be doing if we get off the ship!

confirm all reservations
get $$

Ok, I think that's enough...

Pack the garmet bag
Pack all the cruise paper work
Pack the cameras
Charge the camera batteries
Clean the house

Maybe I missed it in there, but I will bet you have to be taking their buses, which means shelling out $90-$100 for one way. We were told in January to use the luggage service from the port to the airport we HAD to be using DCL transfers. I'm sure this is what "guests will need to meet certain requirements" means.

I hope this isn't the case, because this would save a lot of hassle, not to mention no need for a bigger rental car for the return (no luggage).

They didn't say about needing the disney transfers, but I'll bet you are right. That works for me for this trip though since I did pay for the Disney Transfers. I really like not lugging around my own luggage! I like the new Avatar Jeff.

When I got home from work, guess what was waiting for me?

MY CRUISE DOCS!!!! I'M DOING THE DOC DANCE!!!

They were delivered some time today by UPS. My daughter said the package was left on our porch and she found it when she got home from school.

Congrats That's an American Cruise Doc Dance. That means we're not far off.

9 Days to go:dance3: :cheer2: :rotfl2: :cool1:  :dance3: :lmao: :cheer2:

Wow Chris that's great! A single digit dance! That's almost as good as the document dance (now a single digit dance on the same day after already having your docs would be pretty special!)

So....Kira got her docs today :rolleyes1 Yup, they were addressed to a ten month old :lmao:

Here's the goodies...

Congrats Cass. I knew you had to be close!

:lmao: :lmao: Am on my way out the door but ive been up since 3.30am back at the weekend,is Jeff back Cass?, i just don't have the time to read back...:)

Yup Jeff is back now :cool1: Lindy Loo popped her pretty little head in here a few days ago. She's saving up her pennies for $15 cokes. Oh wait, no that was Monte Carlo! Disney has $5 cokes! :rolleyes1

Everybody is making a list and checking it twice. Mike and Robin are busy stuffing $100 bills into our Dis Tag bags.

The ladies are all getting primped and pretty before they meet you!

My TA called my wife to tell me the good news about our Upgrade today! I guess that Disney called her today. Good thing that I didn't try to keep it a surprise!

DENIED!

Oh, Nancy, thanks - I forgot haircuts...the whole family needs to go!

DS will be thrilled...he loves haircuts. I take him to a place that specializes in kids...the little kids can sit in these jeep-type seats, and watch videos while getting their hair cut. Then they get a toy and a sucker. Well worth it!

Drat I forgot hair cuts also. I will do DH the day before we leave, then possibly DS, and I will trim Macs bangs myself.

Yes, I went through Dreams Unlimited but you can call DCL directly and give them your reservation #

Like that? :rolleyes1 :lmao:

Let's see...

Haircut....tonight!
Last minute packing
Finish Dis Tag stuff
Clean up house/change bedding for Jen (our dog/cat/house babysitter)
Charge all batteries
Double check PVR recordings (can't miss my shows!)
Start and post my live trip report

Take rolled up $$$ to bank and exchange for US $$$
Wait impatiently for docs!
Get laptop loaded and ready to go
Pack carry-on with Kira's stuff for trip there (snacks, toys)
Shave legs :rolleyes1

Darn it forgot the bank also

Kids are counting their piggy banks this weekend. Then they are going to the atm to get their money out on Sunday. We will get out money out the monday before we go.

no problem big guy.
you can buy me a drink up on deck 10.
(just dont bring that minnie with you. im afraid of her):scared:

You better be afraid, and their ain't no way you are buying my man a drink. Crawl back under the rock you came out from under.

Shiraz is spelled correctly! Mary can have the asti--hate that stuff. Does she like riesling and ice wine too? We sell a lot of sweet wine in our store. People are always asking me if a particular sweet wine is good and in my head I think, "No!", but of course I have to say, "Yes--it's delicious!"

You need to try the ice wine from the DCL menu. Bit pricy, but delicious.

I love sweet wines...gimme a white zin or lambrusco any day..

I'll confess...I've been known to drink asti too...

Rick and I have a sweet tooth, so you're not along Jen.

I know you post the weight loss on the KK site. At Curves we had a contest to motivate people to loose weight. It was for one month. Today I got weighed and measured for the end of the contest.:woohoo: 7 lbs. and 9.50 inches :woohoo:

That makes me Lean Lurking Lynn:rotfl2: :cheer2: :thumbsup2

LL

Congrats Lynn

OK gals (and guys)
In honor of Cass,
How many of you are getting your coifs done (willing or not) before the cruise?:cutie: I am getting a color, highlight. cut on Saturday.
Also getting acrylics (horrible nail biter) and a pedi before I go.
(we need a smilie in curlers)

Me...next Saturday!

Oh, you're playing too??Whoops...knew I'd forget someone :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

:scared1: Dont forget me!:scared1:

Hi Karen!!

Can't wait to meet you--your posts always crack me up. I will try to understand your "Australian" accent if you can stand my "midwestern" one.

I sure hope I understand the midwestern accent - I have Jeff for a tablemate - could be a lot of polite "what did she say"nodding going on if we dont understand each other:lmao:

Just remember, I'm short, so my tolerance is not as good as it could be--can I have teammate by chance? Rose?....Linda?.....Karen??? Anybody wanna play?

I'll play :yay:

Once again, I need to have dinner at your house.:rotfl:

Scott

Once again - you'd be welcome

It does sound good, doesn't it? I would be all over those spring rolls. Yummy!

You're welcome too but the spring rolls are all gone:rolleyes1

Do you have piles?

Rather a personal question I thought! :rolleyes1

o.k. I do have to admit I have been known to drink lambrusco--it goes great with fondue. Don't know why--cuts right through the fattiness of the beef or cheese and pairs nicely if you are doing chocolate. I LOVE FONDUE!!

I was bought a fondue and a chocolate fondue and I must confess I've never had them out the box. I threw the chocolate one away when we moved. It always seems a lot of hassle.

So close now

Well done on the milestone:banana:
