We are off to the bookfair again so we can get Mackenzie a few books. Then after she goes to bed I have bills to pay then letter to write to TA, which I will post on here and then I am going to get one written up for someone higher up in the company also. I am feed up and pissed so there is no stopping me now. I might even send one to DCL since the work hand and hand with AAA and tell them how disappointed I am with the whole thing.

So Steve, What does B9erSteve stand for?

It actually has a meaning (or had) If you are familiar with the old television show "Lost in Space" the robot on that series never had a name. They just called him Robot. In the first episode the Robot was turned on and pronounces his designation as Environmental Control Robot B9. That was the closest he ever got to a name. Well, a few years back I decided to build a scale model of that robot. So, I started going by the name of B9erSteve. This past year, I sold the robot. (A guy offered me a lot of money for it and I had other projects that I wanted to go on to.)

That is too bad because agents like her take away from the value of good travel agents! I "gave" my cruise plans to the TA I went with only because she was someone I knew. I figured I'd let her have the commission. I did the majority of the plans anyway and the only things I didn't do were because I felt she should work for some of the commission. Regarding our flight changes, she said that either I could call Delta myself or she could handle it. Considering she is getting paid, I let her take care of it. Since I used to be a TA, I kind of have a soft spot for how hard they (most of them) work. Anyway, if we rebook on board (which I think we will) then I'll transfer the ressie to Dreams. My agent is *fine* but we are not getting any sort of OBC or anything, so in a way, we are losing out because I booked with her.

Please let me know what your TA says. After we get back home tonight I will be emailing mine again. I will probably post it on here for everyone to give me their opinion on. I hate having to be rude and snotty to someone but I am done playing nice.

Well, she got back to me at the end of her workday, and then told me that she will be unable to contact Disney until Monday. (Grrrr! I emailed early enough!) But hopefully she will get that short layover changed.

I was just trying to change our flight info, payment method, and print the contract and was getting kicked out over and over. I gave up before I smashed my computer pieces. I hope whatever the problem is, they fix it SOON.

I think that Disney is having major problems with their reservation system/ website.
