you've been abonedoned. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

It's a sickness of mine ... once I start I can't stop. If I'm not careful you guys will bonish me from the thread. :lmao:

Well Karen, it is just you and me. And now I'm getting ready to leave work.

You're on your own.

Good luck with the party.

I was just making a joke. I've changed people's quotes all the time. Ask Nancy or Karen. :rotfl:

I didn't know it made you post outside the quote box though. I suppose you have to have some characters out side.

Hard to know someone is joking sometimes on the internet

BTW...........is my photo that bad that it would offend someone?:scared1:

No, but I think mine might

Well, I wouldn't want it to become a bone of contention between the two of us, so I guess I can stop...eventually. ;)

I'll send you the Youtube URL tonight - that way you can insert it within your trippie in a place that you think would be most relevant. I wouldn't want to break up your narrative flow. :goodvibes

Ok! Sounds good :thumbsup2 I guess if I am gonna write a trip report I better bone up on my grammar :rolleyes1

Looks like I'm the only brave one who weighed in this morning. It wasn't pretty either. :sad2:

Nope, I weighed in this morning! I think it was right after you. :woohoo:

Karen,

One more note to add regarding sunscreen...

I have heard that anything over SPF 15 is a marketing gimmick, so I thought I would be JUST FINE with SPF 30 in Mexico in 2001....

WRONG! I burned horribly in the tropical sun! My sunburn was the kind you could feel the heat radiating off my skin! I bought an SPF 70 in the gift shop, and used it on my face, shoulders and arms, and it did protect me better.

Now, I do have fair skin and burn very easily (I will never have to budget for a tanning bed, there's no point!:lmao: ) but I could tell the difference between the SPF 30 and 70 in protection. This trip we're going with SPF 45-50....

Jen-
Glad I'm not the only one! I am pale all year long and NOTHING I do will ever get me tan, except maybe a spray on. Fake tanners look hideous on me though. :scared1: So I stick with a higher SPF. My derm told me at least a 40 SPF. The last cruise we went on I forgot to put sunscreen on my back and got sun poisoning on my entire back and actually scratched a big hole through my plush bathrobe! I think this is why I like diving. I love the ocean but being fully covered in a wet-suit is the best way for me to be. So if you see some dork in a neck to toe wet-suit on the beach, you can bet it's me. :lmao:
Abby

Also Good to know!

I tell you, between your experiences and mine. I'm never using a TA again!

This is what frightens me about our schedule. In Atlanta I have 37 minutes to get from flight to flight. Laura says the Atlanta terminal sprawls all over the place! Next our Flight leave Orlando at 11:45. That leaves us very little time for that morning.
:rolleyes1

:scared1:  :scared: 37 minute Atlanta connection time???? WTH?

What would you do? I booked Palo brunch on sea day #1. We also have Palo dinner booked the next evening. I've been reading all the things to do on the navigators and now I'm considering canceling the brunch. #1 I want to do the group wine tasting and #2 there is SO MUCH TO DO and spending 2 hours of a precious sea day on one thing seems like alot to me. If I cancel brunch will I regret it?

Hi Abby,

That's why we don't book too much. There's so much to do. I feel like I'm constantly running from one thing to another. (AWWW, the pressure.)

Guess I'll go outside and scoop the dog poop. That's my Friday night entertainment. :thumbsup2 Did I ever mention that last year I was going to start my own dog poop scooping business? But the very week I sent my application in for my name registration and was going to order my business supplies, someone else in my small town started their own business. My insurance agent thought I was joking when I called him about insurance and what it was for. My name was going to be "Reporting For Doody". Pretty clever I thought. :lmao: Fast forward a year, the other guy is out of business and I'm back to thinking I may do it. However, these gas prices are killer on the profit margin! OK, I'll quit babbling.

Signed,
The poop scooping wanna-be

I love looking at the navs. I like to print them out an highlight the things I don't want to miss. :thumbsup2

Hi ladies!

I think I need to print another set of them.

OK, I think you helped me make up my mind about canceling the brunch. Thank you! Not even on the ship but feeling overwhelmed already.

There's a nice pic to post. :lmao: A doody pic. :thumbsup2

Great name. :rotfl:

There's one near us called "Wholly Crap"
