Leave Comments With Care
I have noticed in the dozen or so books/web sites Ive read while preparing for our cruise that end-of-cruise comments arent discussed much. Having worked on a cruise ship (in the salon/spa) for years before husband and child, I know how serious these cruise employees must take the passenger comments at the end of the cruise. For example, with the ship I worked on, if anyone from the wait staff or cabin staff received just one negative comment from a guest, they were terminated. We saw many great people sent home because of some overexaggerated complaint. So please try to keep this in mind when filling out comment cards.
