We've never been - not really a big fan of Cirque - but I'm pretty sure you can buy tickets online.

I;m not a huge fan of spending that much money on tix. OUCH!

We like Atlantis OK, SG-1 was better.

The actress you don't like does grow on you, but there was a big shoot-out at the end of the last season, and we don't know if her character is going to make it. Sam Carter (from SG-1) is joining the cast of Atlantis this year, so we'll be watching.

Looking for something fun for us to do after the cruise. Anyone know where I can find info on Cirque du Soleil at DTD? I googled it and I couldn't find the right one.

Does it still exist at DTD? Anyone have a link for me?

Nancy, here is the La Nouba site, about half way down is a link for buying tickets. If you have never seen a Cirque show, you may be in for a treat. La Nouba was pretty good, not a bad one for your first!

Whoa!!! After I just shelled out almost $600 on Lion King tickets I don't think I'm too willing to spend another $700.00 on decent tickets for Cirque.

Looks like I better rethink this. Maybe another Luau instead.

Hi Nancy,

We saw La Nouba a few years ago. In my opinion it was very good. High price for tickets. If you are going to go try getting tickets first row above the walkway that seperates the levels. Before the actual show starts clowns come out on that walkway and do a short act. If you are in the lower level you have to turn and look up. We found that our seats were great for seeing everything. There is so much going on in the show it is amazing. There are acrobats,trapieze artist, jugglers the list goes on and on. It is great.

Spend the evening at Raglan Road - good food, good drink, and free Irish music! And it shouldn't cost $700 ... even with the six of you!

There are 6 adults and for a Saturday night they want way too much money for some good tickets. We'll go sometime when the kids aren't with us instead.

Maybe I'll just put a few bucks on their onboard credits. Carrie posted a phone number awhile back and I think the kids would appreciate that more since each couple only got $150.00 from AAA when they booked.

They really wanted to do MNSSHP but the only night we'd go was Oct 19th and they don't have it that night.

It's near the front of Pleasure Island - past Portabellos and Cookes of Dublin. You don't need a PI ticket to go to Raglan Road.

Now... if you were to go to someplace like the Adventurers Club (which is a hoot!) you would need a PI ticket for that. No food at the AC - drinks only - but it is a lot of fun.

We don't play for big money either...We have been playing Texas hold 'em tournament style (everyone throws 1-10 dollars into the pot, winner takes all) or just for fun. Maybe we can play a couple hands!

I thought you put the kids in Cat 10 or Cat 11? How did you get $150 for each of them. That was for Cats 4-9.

You could do MNSSHP on Sunday after the cruise.

we havent seen that Cirque show but we have seen a different one - it is great to see for all ages - I think spencer was 6 when he saw it and he loved it too. very entertaining

how do you get the $150?? is that when you use book via Disney? A friend of mine is a travel agent and she booked our cruise. I woudl switch my reservation unless she gets screwed by it. Does anyone know how it works?

Sorry, it is for AAA (American Automobile Association).

Not sure if CAA offers the same deal.

It is suppose to be $50 for Cats 10-12 (i.e. no window) and $150 for Cats 4-9 (i.e. window or exterior cabin).

The discount for booking with DCL while onboard is $200 room credit plus 10% off (this is for the 7 nights).

On 3 and 4 nighters, I think it is only $50-$100 room credit in addition to the 10% off (which they just started about a year ago or so for the shorter cruises).

For our repo, which was a rebook, we only got $200 for 15 nights. Kind of a rip if you ask me. We did get 10% off, however, so that was cool. We'll transfer out to AAA and get another $150 room credit.
