Looking for something fun for us to do after the cruise. Anyone know where I can find info on Cirque du Soleil at DTD? I googled it and I couldn't find the right one.

Does it still exist at DTD? Anyone have a link for me?:confused3

I can't get Suz to go to Cirq down there. I don't know why. We've seen Mystere in Vegas and I'm sure she'll want to see O or Ka when we're there in November.

It will be DS's first show. I thought the one in WDW would be good since they have kids coming to it all the time. Plus, they have children's pricing. But know, Suz would rather have me spend $120+ per ticket for one in LV. :sad2:

I thought you put the kids in Cat 10 or Cat 11? How did you get $150 for each of them. That was for Cats 4-9. :confused3

I think I may have gotten hosed by only getting $50 on my Cat 10 SPH.

They have a cat 10. $50.00 OBC for booking with AAA, $75.00 for paying with Disney Visa, and a $25.00 from our TA & her Mgr as a gift for their first cruise. (Sweet of her wasn't it?)

What day do the kids fly back? Is it Sunday or Monday?

You could do MNSSHP on Sunday after the cruise.

They leave Sunday night and we leave Monday night.

You TA's Mgr gave them $50 for their first cruise? That's cool. Any extra discounts for your 5th cruise? BTW, I'm definitely switching to your TA after this cruise. Ours left the Waukehsa office, so no alliance here. Drove past there today and they had an open house. We didn't stop. Wonder if they were giving out anything good.

Well at least you and Chuck can go to MNSSHP. What time do the kids leave? You are probably going to spend time with them anyways until they leave as oppose to going to the parks, so this would be a great way for you two to get to the MK. :thumbsup2

Saturday will be down time after the cruise or something at PI or DTD. I will be sure to hit up The Earl of Sandwich for my Jerk Chicken sandwich sometime that weekend too. I can't leave FL without it. Sunday was supposed to be just Chuck and I enjoying POFQ and then to one of the parks on Monday until we leave Monday night. Now that the kids are coming along, Sunday and Monday may change. It worked out perfect the first way because we could check out, go to the park, and then to the airport.

Now we'll just fly by the seat of our pants..."Yeah, that's me, a real Fly by the seat of your pants type of gal". (Famous quote from which movie folks?)

What time are the kids flights on Sunday? Would you have time to get to MNSSHP? The party starts at 7:00, but you can get in at 4:00.

It is a separate ticket, but it is so worth it to have no lines.

we havent seen that Cirque show but we have seen a different one - it is great to see for all ages - I think spencer was 6 when he saw it and he loved it too. very entertaining

I would say he would enjoy it. There was a family with children his age and the kids never took there eyes off the stage. It is very busy with many things going at once.

They have to be at the airport by 5-5:30.

Hi Paige!

LL is here and not lurking!:dance3: Hi LL.

We have seen both. O is spectacular. Ka you actually feel like you are in the hull of the ship. If you go to Ka see if you can get tickets first row in back of the walkway or the second level. During the show people will be dancing on the wall just in front of your seats. Ka was good to but O was Omazing!!!I sure you know that one is over water.

Don't forget Tuesday is September 11th. I am not making any kind of political statement. But we did get an E-mail recently asking everyone to fly a flag in front of their house on that day to remember the day. Six years ago it was on a Tuesday!!

Evening everyone! How has everyone's weekend been so far? I haven't read any past posts, so I hope everyone is OK.

My parents came over today. My mom's b'day is today, and my dad's is on Tuesday (yes, he has a 9/11 b'day), so we celebrated today. Didn't do much, just spent time together. It was fun.

Not doing much tomorrow either. Probably will go to the mall. That's sort of our place to hang out. We love to shop!

Well - not much to say, just wanted to pop in and say hello! :yay:

I think I may have gotten hosed by only getting $50 on my Cat 10 SPH.

For our cat 6 we were originally only given $100. For each room. However for all of our inconvience they bumped it to $150. Which I personally think stinks knowing that other people have already gotten that much through AAA.

Been a busy non stop day. The birthday party was great. They had a water balloon fight and when they ran out of balloons one of the adults there had is power washing truck with him and he turned it on full blast and just soaked all the kids. They loved it. After the party we were off to Target to get the last few things I had thought of for the trip. I am now offically done shopping  We did slip off our menu and eat out tonight, by the time we got home it was 5:00 and I had nothing made ahead of time so we just went out. But my brain is now fried. I think I am going to just zone out on ebay for awhile.

Sorry no pictures from me tonight. It would take way to much brain power to scan crop upload and post. Maybe tomorrow.
