Do your kids wear these tops on holiday? Sun uva tops? He was practically the only one on the beach in Spain with one on:sad2: He's always worn one to save from burning..all the other kids were bright red and burnt:headache:

I bought these for my boys for the cruise. I have one son that is extremely blond and fair and I was worried about the sun. They have both worn them a couple of times this summer and they LOVE them. My husband is wondering if they make them for adults for he says he has a lot of "real estate" to put sunscreen on. He has a birthday coming up so I am going to check it out.

Tip

Can't remember if this has been posted or not - bring a large photo mailer (for 8x10 or larger) or 2 piece of fairly thick cardboard (like cut from a sturdy box. If you purchase items from Shutters or want to save your Navigators without them getting bent up in your suitcase - these will protect the items - I then slip it into a close fitting plastic bag so if anything spills with the liquid rules it won't run all my saved papers /photos

Tip

lol someone was complaining on another thread about folks who dont turn out their "porch" light and it shines and annoys them on their balcony.

Just to add another Tip

I wish more people knew this. The stars look so much brighter when the verandah lights are off.

Karen I am enjoying all your pictures! Thanks for posting them! Poor Ellis, how awful to allergic reactions like that and how scarey for you too :grouphug:

Jeff more pictures please!

I'll stop boring you all now. Plus, I have to get home.

If you want any pictures of Animal Kingdom (I have baby girafe and baby elephants) or the Coronado Springs pool and slide, let me know. I can put more up later.

Talk to you all tonight (I have a meeting at DS's school, so probably not until after 8:30 CDT).

Tip

Thank your servers and stateroom hosts. They work very hard to keep you happy. And after having recently read the multiple part series "A DCL cast member in training" on AllEars.net I will now think to ask my friendly CMs if they need anything while I am at port because many times they can't get off the ship to restock on personal necessities. What a bummer that must be.

Yippee! My boyfriend, Roger Federer, just wiped Andy Roddick off the court with a double break in the 3rd. Off to the semis we go!!

Goodnight everyone. Time has gotten away from me again while DISing :confused3 and I didn't realize it was this late. I still have a bout 20 pages to get caught up on but they will have to wait until tomorrow after work and Rachel's open house at school.

Tip

For your photo albums: When you get your Navigators, use them to carry around the whole day on board, THEN, as you're walking around during the day, stop at Guest Services and grab a brand new one to save and keep nice. They have a whole pile of them for the taking. Bring it right back to your room and place in a file folder so it doesn't get wrinkled and folded. This one doesn't get cut up, when I start my photo album, I place 3 holes in it and place it before all the photos of that particular day in the photo album. It works great! and looks really nice. I did this every day of the cruise, you end up walking by guest services at least once a day anyway.

The Navigator that you took with you thruout the day, is the one you could cut up for scrapbooking etc.

Steve? Janice? Jeff? Jen? I know you're out there. You can't hide from the Goose. Come out, come out wherever you are.

Sorry, Just had a stressful day and hadn't been able to sit down at the computer much. I'm hoping to feel more like DIS'ing tommorrow.

Here are a couple pictures from the Spectromagic parade (I have several more, but don't want to bore you with them all) :

This won't affect us, we have an inside cabin. We have to bring a plug in night light as it's too dark.

Nancy can I bring all of Al's dress shirts to you to iron before I pack them for the cruise???? PLEASE :lmao: I HATE ironing and have been known to rewash something and hope it comes out of the dryer less wrinkled rather than iron it (learned that from my aunt) my mom on the other hand ironed underware, towels and sheets.

Absotively, Posilutely! I wish I could iron for a living. :)
