Cass I haven't done so good this past week either. I feel like skipping weigh-in tomorrow. Summer is the worst time for me with all the picnis and when it is hot getting ice cream out as a treat that it is hard to loose weight. We have had such a busy summer I have let the exercise get pushed aside too. I keep telling myself that when Rachel goes back to school next week I will get back into a routine of exercising again.

We can jump back into it again and restart! We can do this!

How are all you KK losers doing???

I had a horrible week! I haven't eaten this poorly since May!!

I have been so exhausted, there's NO WAY I was cooking so we had take out and of course all the bad stuff I gained a few pounds so I need to make up for that! I only have 5.5 weeks left

If someone has exhibitionist tendencies due to a lack of personal confidence then that person needs therapy and a quick fashion lesson. The only time "less for more" works is when someone (and I won't mention any names) flashes for ice cream.
