OK guys forgive me if this has been posted already. I was checking out the NASA and it looks like the shuttle launch has been moved to the 23rd. Kind of disappointed, especially since DH was looking so forward to seeing it. OH well guess we will just have to schedule another trip in 09 now.

Looks like NASA is not going to be launching again for a while due to the bracket problem on the SRBs, which were supposed to be ready for 2008 launches, so a launch in October now is highly unlikely. I'll keep watching the STS-120 page for more info but the stuff NASA is saying means nothing till next year.
Even if they do "L" on the 23rd, the window is only 10min and as we all know, the weather can be unpredicatable.

BTW: The wedding cake on the weekend almost fell over and I got to save it.

Not bad. It was a good day at work. I actually had a chance to get on the boards at work.



I wish I could take a half hour lunch and leave at 4:30. We can only do it in special cases. It's amazing how that half hour makes such a difference. I get home at 5:30, eat dinner, hit the boards and excercise, and it's time to get ready for bed. Makes for very short me time.

The only time I can dis is on my lunch hour. Our IT dept. keeps track of every site you are on during work hours, so the only time you'll find me on is between 12 & 1. We're even blocked from certain websites like shopping and entertainment.

I work for at the world headquarters of a big company. They keep they're eye on things, for good reason. It's a great place to work though.

Did you have to use their services to get yours? Jesse was the only one still waiting for his and was one day away from calling Congressman Sensenbrenners office. Tony had to use him this past June to get his. Glad it's all over with though. What a stinkin' mess that was.
