The Disney Desk in on the lower level, It's listed on the airport maps. I don't think that you will be able to sign up for it at home, I plan on hitting it shortly after signing into the hotel.



MCO is the airport designation. Hyatt is located inside the airport. probably the same one that you are scheduled for.

Hey we can have a DIS meet. There is someone else staying at the same hotel but I can not remember who right now. Ok so we check into the room and then I drag my father down to the desk with me and get signed in for the bus. I wonder if we should sign up for the bus before checking into the room?

I'm game for meeting at the Hotel, Not knowing any info about our flight means that I don't really know when I'll be there though. That is one of the reasons that I was not worrying about checking in at the Disney desk right away. I figure that cruisers will be arriving all day and it will be pretty much luck of the draw if I am there early enough to snag a seat on that first bus. Now, if they won't let us sign up for the busses until Saturday morning, I will definately be on that first bus. I'll run down in my PJ's if I have to to be there early.

Is there anyone who would object to me posting it on the DIS boards??

I am going to edit the video and take out the photos of everyone before I post it.

I personally have never stayed at the Hyatt but in some trip reports I have read that they only let you sign up on the morning of. But make sure you check with them when you check in in case that has changed!!

We do not know any of our flight information either. You would think some where along the way we should cross paths. We are both comming from the west coast. Maybe we sould have a DIS PJ party of the DCL desk. I am one of those people that will sleep in line if I have to.

As long as you tell them you are Cass they'll know exactly who you are. You are a household word around this home.

If you are using DCL busses from the Hyatt, make sure you sign up for the earliest bus (can't remember if it's 9 or 9:30 departure? I think it's 9AM). I think you can sign up early where the DCL desk is.

We stayed at the Hyatt in 05 for our first cruise. Cass is correct on the last quote above. We could not check in until the morning. We just stood in line at a table they had set up and got our boarding passes then. Chuck and I were on the first bus (which left around 9:15) with two other DISer families. We bantered back and forth for weeks as to who would be first on the buses. I have a picture somewhere with two of us with one foot each on the steps of the 1st bus out of the airport that morning. That way we both won the race. As we were posing the 3rd DISer tried to run through us to get on the bus first.

Guess who won? I'll give you a hint...Their initials are Chuck and Nancy!!

We got to the terminal a little after 10:00 am and got a number 3 boarding pass for the Magic.

I am reading the directions on the shirts. It does not want me to use and ironing board. What is suggested to use. It says I can use a wood table but done you want the hard surface between the layers of the shirt?

You know that's weird cus we were on the cruise right after you and they didn't do the boarding pass thing, we all lined up in the Terminal. I was only about 30 people from the front of the line.
