October 20th 2007 Western Magic Part 5

The email for Lindy Loo is because back in July (I think the 20th) she was flooded out of her home. It was waist high of sewage water and who knows what else. She has lost everything downstairs. They had to get storage for upstairs items because of lutters. They are living out of a hotel for the next 6 to 9 months, unless they can find someplace to rent. She can not get on the thread because she does not have any of her access info. So there is an email that is floating around for people to comment on and then it will be sent on to her.

Now i am going to worry that my gifts are nothing like anybody else's. I'm not as crafty as you all....

Don't worry at all. I am not crafty either. Just what I am doing as a lot of little steps. I personally will cherish everything everybody gives me because it will be about the memories of the trip and the people we spend the time with. I am easy to please.

Thanks Nancy That is exactly what I was looking for! You and Jeff explained how the "tagging" works perfectly at Oscars but I just wanted to make sure what I am doing for my gifts is going to be OK.
I did print this out and am going to put it in my cruise folder though so I don't loose it.

So in a nutshell, we all start the game at the same time, right after the DISmeet on Saturday at 3:00 if you want. Once you are tagged with the magnet, take that same magnet and tag the next person on your list and leave a gift for them. Again, by Thursday if you have any left over gifts, just drop them off at the player's doors without leaving a magnet for them.

Help, this whole pirate thing has me very confussed. I am not into pirates so I need help with this one for little DD

Would this shirt work? On shoulders ?

Off shoulders?

If this shirt works should she wear the blue jeans or should I find black jeans

Then I was thinking of a bandana?

Carrie Rachel and I both think that shirt would work perfect, off shoulders! We think black jeans or a black skirt would be better than blue jeans and Rachel says if she has black boots they would make the outfit. I forgot we ahve pirate eye patches that we got at Michaels Crafts for $1.00 which would work too. Everyone gets a pirate bandana in the dining room at dinner that night.

Good night everyone. I have to get my lunch ready for work tomorrow and get to bed. Plus Rachel is telling me it's her turn for the computer. I can't wait to finish painting her room so we can get the old computer set up in there and we won't have to have these computer wars anymore

So I might be a little slow but I just realized that we have 2 Robs and 2 Scotts that will be on the cruise. I know that we have Scott #1 and Scott #2 but how do we know the difference between the Rob's?

Well you might as well start teaching her how to shop when she is young! I like the black skirt idea as well, plus if you want to you can have her wear it another night, sort of a mix and match kind of thing.

PS she is adorable.
