5. Carry-on with 2 cameras and 1 video camera with extra batteries, cards etc.
6. Carry-on with a few of our things and tons of Kira's stuff for plane.
7. 4-5 large suitcases:

Holy cow! We're taking 3 regular sized suitcases and 1 wheeled cooler and 1 carry on and I thought I was bad! You need a truck to transport that lot, or a few Konkers to help you at the port

First I read that Neil is humping boxes last week and now Karen is humping things from one room to another????

Oh Ms. Karen, FYI "humping" things in America takes on a totally different meaning in America than it does in the UK (hopefully).

Kind of like when the Americans use the term "Fanny Pack" and it means something different to you in the UK.

We all love you Karen...you are supplying us all a good giggle this morning.

And the pictures of Kira are too too sweet. The hat picture reminds me of the time when Chuck brought Kristin to my work to show her off when she was about 3 months old. He put her in a cute little lavendar dress, a bonnet and frilly white socks. Cute right? Oh forgot to mention that he put red sneakers on her.

Has anyone been to WDW in August? How are the crowds? the heat and the hurricanes don't bother us........(did I just type that?)

We went to WDW the last week of August last year and it was FANTASTIC! it was HOT. You have to prepare for the heat but we all did - from my 4 year old daughter to my 65 year old mother.

There were NO crowds as the Florida residents were in school - some of the rides that normally have Fast Pass had that system turned off as you could just walk right onto rides. A couple of times, we didnt even have to get off the rides, we rode it multiple times.

I will definately go back at that time again

We had originally planned on leaving WDW at 8:30 or 9:00 a.m......but we have been talking it over, and are thinking of maybe leaving around 8:00 instead........if the "L" is a go!!!
