That's OK Brenda, it won't work for me either here at work and I suppose with my Dial-up at home, I'll have to wait until the cruise is over for the download to finish. :confused3

Oh..by the way Chris - whats your footie team doing this weekend? are they playing or something?

Good night all, the smilie beast is now going to bed

I just found out that LSU will be playing Auburn on 10/20 at 8pm. Do y'all think they will televise the game on the ship?

That will depend on what they can pick up on satellite feed and more importantly...when the World Series begins, which should be at 8PM Eastern time on that same Saturday.

My guees is World Series trumps college football. Just as well. Rob would be running out of the dining room every 5 minutes to check the score.......:rotfl:

They usually will show two different sporting events at once in Diversions - it really depends on what the crowd there asks for and what they can pick up.
Since the ship will really be skirting the Florida coast most of Saturday night I would think that it would be pretty easy to get on the satellite feed. But what do I know? :confused3

I know on our last cruise we went to Diversions on a Sunday afternoon to watch the NL Championship Series (Cardinals v Astros) and all they were showing was football, football, football. They "tried" to pick up the baseball game but said they couldn't get the signal.

I think they were scared of the crowd that afternoon - it was a loud and alcoholic group. Eh, the birds ended up losing that game anyway. ;)

Those Tickets are a great deal, I would get them quick, so that you can secure that price. What a pain we need 21 days for a 18 night holiday, but the cruise in the middle mucks up the tickets. Still....................

Universal has a deal on their tickets too, we used Dreams Unlimited and got a real good deal, what with the exchange rate at the mo.

Made our dining ressies today! Got all of the times I wanted (within 15 mins) :cool1:

And because we got an exchange on our timeshare week, we are now staying at Saratoga Springs for 10 nights! :woohoo:

Still have to book our rental car and hotel for Friday night in Cocoa Beach.

It finally seems "real" that we are going!!!

The only thing that is stumping me is what to do on the 17th for our anniversary???? Everytime I think about it, I just go blank!!

Hey Brenda, what are you doing for your birthday that day???
