Why does it still say "Wishes fireworks"?

Also, why are the EMHs different on the last 3 days of Oct than they are for the rest of the month? Is that right?

They haven't bothered to change the name.
Quite usual on these calendars regarding parades and fireworks shows.

1. That happens frequently throughout the year, year-after-year.
2. As "right" as these things ever can be.
