Alamo is down again today for my dates. Our 8 day rental is now $178.56 including tax with my Alamo Insiders discount and the free day coupon listed above.

I saw this info in another thread: contract ID 7016427 and Visa coupon code AD2338fdf.

Booked with this and my price went down, plus there are no indications that it is ineligible for U.S. residents. I think the vroom vroom code is fine as well, but for all the nervous people out there give this one a try. I switched because it was cheaper, but YMMV.

Just used this code for 10/24-10/30. Price went down from $285 for a midsize SUV to $155 for a full size car. Thank you!!!!

Dollar is down a bit this morning. I used my membership number plus the Orlando visitors card code (oi1054) that is listed on mousesavers. $16/day. I know I can still do better.

Anyone here that confirm that the standard/fullsize aisle is one and the same at MCO? I really need every bit of space that the fullsize offers and will book that if the aisles differ. Most trips I get a compact so really have not paid attention.This is with Alamo.

I always book standard. Hopefully I still get to choose from full size, but we are only 2.

Looking for some info on what Midsize SUV I should expect

Booked Alamo for a week in October - midsize $139 (inc.) using AP Passholder contract & Visa one upgrade coupon. Happy with this rate, but will check back periodically, since I have frequently gotten a better rate closer to departure.

I called Alamo and asked about the standard and fullsize being on the same aisle at MCO. I called that specific location and they said they are separate aisles now. Not sure if I believed her but since I really need the space I am going with a fullsize.

Maybe I should start a new thread to ask recent renters what their experience has been since all of us on here aren't going til October!! I haven't needed a bigger vehicle for a few years so haven't really paid all that much attention to the aisles other than compact.

I've had a bit of a glitch myself.
Last week I booked a full size (10/30-11/11) with the codes from page 3. It totaled $335.00.
Today I booked the same car without any codes for $274.00. (no email yet though, I did print the confirmation)
So naturally I tried the codes and it still priced out at $335.00

Weird.

Mid SUV price down today on Costco's site with Alamo. Oct 20-27 is now $227, which is pretty good for a week. Will keep watching it of course. Intermediate is $148.
