Not really going to hesitate after posting as I don't think too many people will be scrambling for these solo ressies.

Can't you just book this table for 4 and then try to get a reservation for 1 between now and then? I don't know if that would work as I am a newbie to WDW but maybe some more experienced DISers could tell you.

Thanks to TheMaxRebo, I was able to score a CRT Breakfast for 3 on 10/16.

So in the spirit of paying it forward, I have a Crystal Palace Lunch for 3 on 10/16 @ 2:35PM that I will not be using, and hope someone on this board can. I would expect that this would work if you are a party of 4.
