Whoo Hoo! I just purchased our airfare from Southwest. A tiny bit more than I wanted to spend, but thats okay. I'm so excited! I got the earliest flight in they had and that will get us in at 11:50 a.m. I cannot recall how long it takes from then to get to our resort, but I'm hoping it will only be about two hours or so. I want to make dining reservations at Boatwrights for late lunch/early dinner. We haven't been there before. And its only a 15 minute walk from POFQ. So excited so excited. What a good way to start the day. I also got the latest flight out SW had so we could get as much time in as we can while we're there.

The good thing with Southwest is that if the price goes down, you can rebook without being charged a change fee. The credit does need to be used within 1 year of when you originally booked though, so you need to keep an eye on that.
Now my trick is that I always book 2 separate one-way flights. I never book a round trip. It actually makes it easier to rebook when it's 2 separate flights instead of a round trip. I have booked our flight down, but we don't have a flight back yet. We are going to Chicago before our WDW trip and both our flight out there and the flight back went down, so I rebooked and used the credit toward our flight down to Orlando. And I'm hoping that the price on that flight drops so I can rebook and use that credit for our flight back.
