hi We are planning on going October 27 to November 3, 2012. We are bringing my in laws with I want to attend MNSHP..we have never been and it sounds like a lot of fun. We stay offsite at a time share. We usually go in January or February so this time of the year should be different

Hi all! I didn't see an October 2012 thread (unless I skipped over it somehow; if that's the case, point me in the right direction please!) so I decided to start one. I'll be staying at POR 9/30-10/7, dates may change depending on if & when free dining becomes available, but I want to be there the first week of October. October 5th is my birthday and this will be a milestone birthday: my 30th! What better way than to spend it in Disney World with my DBF Kris? We'll be staying at POR in a Royal Room. I can't wait to start planning (I may have already started )

I'm planning for an October 2012 trip as well. Not sure of dates yet, but I'll be staying at Pop Century. I'll be celebrating my 30th too! I actually turn 30 in July 2012, but I want to go in October because it will be cooler and so I can do F&W and MNSSHP!

Pop Century is a great resort, I've stayed there numerous times. I wanted to try something different this time. October is such a fun time to go, I love the Food and Wine Festival. Yay for celebrating 30th birthdays!

We are planning a mid-october trip.
This trip it will be just my DH and myself. The last time we went as a couple was back in 1985
So in many ways this will a 'first' for us
we plan on staying either at
broadwalk villas or at Bay Tower vills
Ann and hubby

So this trip is long overdue for just the two of you! If you get Bay Lake Tower, take lots of pictures and post them please. I've heard it's beautiful there.

Last time we went to a Halloween party was 2008. And yes, we are going on Tuesday. I can't wait!!

We are planning on surprising the kids for an October 2012 trip!! They will be 7 & 4!! We hope our daughter will hit that 40" mark by then and our plan is to stay Club Level at the Poly!! (My dream!!) Thinking about MNSSHP & for sure we will enjoy some of the F&WF!! Our dates would be the 13th-20th!!

Awesome! I would love to stay in the Poly some day. That resort is gorgeous and I always make a stop at Ohana during my trips!

Raisins? That's funny!! We didn't get any that I recall. By the end of the night my son, who was 19 at the time and waaaayyyy to cool to trick or treat, ended up getting a bag and getting more candy than any of us. He got so into it I was almost embarrassed .
