Booked for Free Dining and staying at the POLY CL next Sept 29 - Oct 4, 2012 Then moving over to Universal Studios for 3 nights at the HRH Club Level....Woo HOO!! Myself, My BFF and my son are the Cast for this trip, and my GF has never been before, so it will be so fun seeing it through the eyes of a newbie! Looking forward to my first MNSSHP, F&W as well! October sounds like a great time to go!!!

Doesn't the free dining for Canadians END on Sept 29? Did they extend it for your whole visit? Because I'm planning to go on Sept 30-Oct 10th but free dining would be enough incentive for me to go a day earlier!

Yes , If you book it by the day it ends, you get it for your whole stay! So I booked it on the last day it was offered, and it extends to all days I am there up to a max of 14 days.....Good Luck getting it for your trip

WOW!!!!! I <3 this forum! I figured I was out of luck because dining ended on September 29th! Well I called and asked if I could add another day to my reservation. The lady who I talked to said her name was "Treasure" and OMGoodness she was the sweetest thing! She thought it was funny when I said that the automated part was easy because most people say it didn't work for them. Anyways, she said for sure there is room to switch my reservation a day early! AND I didn't even have a chance to ask her about the dining because she just automatically said "Oh and you are calling from Canada right? I am going to check on something for you but I think I can give you the free dining!" I am SOOOOO happy. I upgraded from the QS plan that is free to the Dining plan and it only cost me $400 more! That's an extra night and the dining for the 11 days we are there! And the funny thing is...this is all going to cost about the same as my flights. So my trip is now about $6000 plus money for souvineers.

Thank you for posting about that! Because I wouldn't have even asked. And as a single mom paying for this trip on my own this is just going to help so much!

Hi all me and my family of 6 (3 adults 3 kids ) will be going end of September/ October for 2 wks hopefully 3 since the flights are sooo expensive we can't do short trips! And was wondering if I'm calling from the UK and a room discount is going for that time can we get it too or is it just for people in the states? I know that we get free dining like you guys do well we don't get the QSDP with values only with mods how I wish I could call up and get that deal!!!! ..... Anyways anything would help as the flights are killing us for next yr and we didn't go this yr due to needing a financial rest lol so really needing pixie dust, also does anybody know if I call up from here to the states and book through Disney can I if free dining comes out or a room discount then get that applied even though I've booked as I have read of others on here doing that? And how do you know if you have already booked and been paying it off if a room discount will apply later on ?? Sorry for 101 questions I just sooo want to go next year like everybody else does lol ...

Do you think that maybe it has to do with the FLE? Like they think that will be enough of a draw in Fall of 2012 that they won't need to give free dining to get adequate numbers?

Count me in...subbbing! We would like to go the first week of Oct 2012. Budget will be about $4000 for family of five. We want just base tickets for 6 nights/ 7 days and the dining plan. We would like to have a family suite at a value.
As an alternative I am also TRYING to figure out DVC rental, to see if that would be cheaper. I have no clue how to go about doing that....the DVC rental/trade thread scared me. Anyone with experience with that who could offer some help to an ignoramous?

The Free Dining offer that is going on right now can still be booked until around October 29, 2011. So they most likely aren't going to announce another set of free dining dates while the current one can still be booked...

Count me in, too! We are either going Oct 14-19, 2012 or early in 2013. For now, we are going to be set and saving for Oct 2012. If it doesn't work out we will just postpone til Spring. Haven't decided on AKL, CSR, CBR or ASMU. Just me and my kiddos: DS11, DD9, and DS3. I know its not likely, but we are hoping for YES classes, too. We will see....
