Not sure what PIN my daughter got but we booked a preferred POR room from Oct. 21 - 24 and saved $200. Seemed like a good deal to me!

Any speculators on when a GP or Disney visa promotion will be announced?

From what I have looked at (and maybe I am being optimistic ) I am thinking we may have something in a week or two....

Delta changed our flights and we were not going to make our connecting flight (missed it by about 8 hours), so we got a full refund and have changed our reservation to September so we could take in the free dining. I'll cross my fingers for everyone waiting for an october discount!

I just saw an ad for 40%off Universal Resort Hotels thru SW so maybe this will promt Disney to follow suit with a GP deal too

Just wanted to let everyone know, it seems Disney has opened up some late lunch time slots at the Epcot restaurants, at least during my dates 10/19-10/25. I was finally able to change my Le Cellier dinner to a lunch

Thanks for this info! Just booked Le Cellier for Lunch on 10/11! We've never been there before so I'm excited.

My DW and I that we were going to hold off on a WDW trip this year and go in May 12 for our 15th wedding anniversary. However, I decided last night that I was going to try and surprise my DW with a week trip to WDW in October for her B-day so I guess I'll need to keep an eye on this thread.

Just got back from a week in Orlando to see family. WAY too hot to do Disney so we did Gatorland instead. But left and came home sooooo sad to watch Space Mountain fade away as we flew towards home.

Get home to this.... A big "thank you" box from a friend who let me plan her Disney trip last spring...full of Mickey soaps and H2O Disney gel and lotion! Woohoo!! Next I dig through my week big pile of mail and find a 30% PIN code for the resorts for most of October (and JUST October the only month we can go)! Reservations were made within the hour!!!!!!!
