Hi Guys!
Just back from spring break and a quick stay at POR with a day at Blizzard Beach, this was my Disney fix until the cruise! A couple quick questions from a first time Disney cruiser (multiple no-kid cruises on other lines...)
1. Palo: So am I crazy skipping this? I really want to experience all of the regular dining with my kids and mom and husband.
Not at all. We didn't do Palo on our first cruise, simply because we didn't know about at the time. But for your first cruise, that is ok, as you say, so that you can experience all of the other dining facilities.
2. Kids meeting other Dis kids: I saw a post on this awhile back. Do we ever set up anything to have a kid meet? Unfortunately I do not do Facebook, but one of the other posts about this mentioned pen pals? I thought this was a good idea.
No, we don't have one for this cruise set up yet, but I can set one up.
3. Do we have a meet on the first day to meet with others?
We will have one, just haven't gotten that far yet.
Sorry about the questions if I missed a post about it along the way, I have tried to read through all of this, but it's been awhile.
I am so excited, and still a little overwhelmed with this all. I am a WDW nerd- type , so and know everything about the 'World', but this is new to me and a little intimidating. I want to get that Diser fan experience on the cruise and I am afraid I will be missing something! Stupid I know.
Not stupid at all. Just the sheer joy and excitement of your first Disney cruise!!!
