There isn't a specific FB FE Group. The only FE group is here on DIS :)

Leaving now for MCO/Cocoa Beach. Hopefully I'll have time for Cruise ship spotting. Also one way rental car test for Oct.
:) Anticipation ............;)

Wanted to share this for those of you driving and looking for a place to park,

http://parkcruise.com/

Used these people for the 1st time last year, Pretty inexpensive compared to Port parking and the people running it were Top Flight.

They had us in the port with in 10 mins after parking.. Picked us up quickly after the cruise.

Thanks, Mike. I added it to ou first page with other useful/helpful information. For a minute, I thought this was for the Port of Los Angeles. We are still trying to figure what we are going to do for the Septemeber trip with respect to driving/parking.

Hey, Folks, just a friendly reminder. Be sure to check out the first page of this thread periodically as I add ideas, tips, hints and other useful information there.

We booked our hotel today, and we are staying at the Hyatt at the Orlando airport, and then taking the Disney Magical Express to port.. I know at least one other shipmate will be there too, for a toast on the 19th... anyone else!?!? :drinking1

Have you looked into that Park & stay program at the San Pedro Holiday Inn.

I have not done it and have nothing but hear-say about it.. But Some like it..

Myself I have never been a big fan of those Stay-and park deals. BUUUT they are a nice option..

I do hope you will post some photos of the wonder when you come back.. Especially the new viewing area..

We're still trying to decide between this and the Hilton Garden a few miles away. Hilton is cheaper with round trip transportation to/from the port., but you can't beat the convince of the Hyatt MCO.

Yes, VERY convenient!! We had enough credit card reward points to get it as a free-bee, so we went with it. I called today and asked them if they had a free shuttle to and from the airport so we could catch our Disney bus, and she said "you don't need a shuttle to your shuttle, just go downstairs" haha... SOLD!!! :thumbsup2

Yes, it's pretty hard to beat free.

Did she giggle a little or was there an awkward silence when you asked about the shuttle?

Not sure if anyone is Military, but Disney released there military rates for FY13 which includes our cruise and possibly pre or post resort stays. Yay!! Just booked pre WDW at CS with 35% discount. Our cruise is around 50% of list price for Cat 9C. Just wanted to share!:cool1:

We will be there AFTER the cruise for the day.

Oh, and the "Magical Express" is the bus between the airport and the resort. This a complimentary service.

The bus between the ship and port/resort is the DCL bus. It is $35 each way per person.

Not sure if everyone knew the difference, so I thought I'd clarify that.

I'll do that. I will have to have help, through. I'm computer-challenged.

Wow, that is a great deal!!! How about former military? No, I'm joking. I know it is only for active duty. Thanks for sharing.

It really is convenient. But, if it has round-trip transportation to/from the port that is less than $35 a person each way, I'd jump on it.

Oh!! Silly me! No, I meant the DCL bus, we paid the lousy fee, hahaha. I better call her back to make sure we were taking about the same thing! She told me I wouldn't have to go back to the airport to catch the bus.
