Went to 8:00 AM mass, took the dog to the park, ate breakfast (two eggs, black coffee) & am trying to get the water down. Sandy I'm trying! I need to make you proud!:bitelip: I better lose weight or buy a different gown since I couldn't get into it after I got home

:scared1:

Well hope you have a blessed Sunday.
Toodles:wave2: :earsgirl: JEANNE

OH NO!! Jeanne all you need is someone to stuff and zip!!! We got you in it! The body armour should help.

I have been up since 4am...Woke up with a bad bronchitis...must have aspirated with all that laughing yesterday. Of course it didn't help that I ran out of my one inhaler and couldn't get it refilled on Friday since the doctor's office was closed. I will have to call first thing in the morning if I am still taking in any air!

Well...not enough energy to say much or comment much...sorry all.

BONNIE: You and that bronchitis! I always thought laughter was the best medicine. I didn't think it made you sick!

Went out & bought a really great pair of high heeled black shoes at Penney's (75% off) & a sharp pair of sparkling blue high heeled shoes to go with my blue gown (in case I can't get into the black). I really do love both of my gowns!

Can't wait until the cruise:boat: Toodles:wave2: :earsgirl: JEANNE

Hi guys,

I am hungry!!!!!!!!! Can't eat all day and can't eat until tomorrow early afternoon. Ted and Heidi just left to get something. I didn't want to smell food. I can't wait for this yucky test to be over. I have been dwelling on it for 6 months. At least it is almost over.

Jeanne, drink, drink and drink. You can do it! You have that gorgeous gown to fit in.

Bonnie and Sally, I will try and get that diet right out to you.

Sally, that garage sale netted you some decent bucks!

Bonnie, so sorry to hear about your bronchitis. Get better SOON!

Lori, your kids sure fell in love with Hawaii! It has to be the surfing.

Tried a few timjes to get on and got the server is busy message. Glad I finally made it.

After I posted on Saturday, I got the diet in the mail. Thanks, Sandy. I may give it a try if I don't lose weight this week. Weight watchers worked for me before so I am hopeful it will work again.

The shopping trip sounds like it was a success. Good luck to eveyone trying to lose weight.

Good to hear from Sally this weekend. I miss it when you aren't posting very much, Sally.

Barb - as much as I hate the idea of thrown out stamps, I also vote for using them. Lori's idea my be the ticket!

Denine muct be getting so excited. The closing and the move are rapidly approaching!

Paul and Turner say "hi" to everyone!

I went to see Open Water yesterday. You cruisers might not want to watch it, especially if yo plan any scuba diving or snorkling!

Gota get ready for bed and the start of another work week.
Love to al!
Later!

Well, it is morning and all I can say is...................You can't make me go. I don't want to go.

SANDY: Good luck! I'll be thinking about you. So far so good as far as the diet. I got all my water:drinking1 down yesterday & did well. Today I went shopping & bought some "balance" bars. I hope these are okay.

DENINE: You must be so excited:jumping1: but also BUSY.

BONNIE: Hope you are healing. I remember your bronchitis all too well. I will never forget that flight home after Floyd.

Hope you all have a nice Monday. Toodles:wave2: :earsgirl: JEANNE

Good morning everyone.

Susan - Turner's trip in September sounds like so much fun. Here in CO we have something similar called Outdoor Lab. I went in 6th grade and was a high school leader my senior year. It's a week of fun!!!

Bonnie/Jeanne/Joyce - Sounds like you all had a great time shopping. It's good to see the Dudettes united.

Lori - When are you, my mom, and I getting together for Margaritas? I have every other Friday off.

Barb - It looks like the majority says to send the stamps, I think I agree with them.

Sally - Wow $300 on a garage sale, sounds like you did great. Time to go shopping for more junk to sell next year!!! :p

Julie/Denine - how are you? Hope you are doing well.

Another week of work, thank god it's a 4 day weekend for me.

Just wanted to let you know our sweet Ollied died suddenly this morning. He was only 5. It appears he died in his sleep of a heart attack. He was fine just 2 hours prior.

We had a necropsy done and he had undectable heart disease that caused his death.

This breaks my heart. We have lost both of our kitties in less than a year.

Oh Denine, my heart goes out to you. I am so sorry about your loss of Ollie. It is so hard to lose an animal because they are just like your kids and a major part of the family. Sending lots of pixie dust and hugs your way. :grouphug: :flower: :rose: :daisy: :flower2:

So sorry on your loss Denine...he will be waiting for you at the rainbow bridge.

Sally-good job on the garage sale!!! I need to have one of those except I don't have a garage.

Stayed home today and went to the doctor's...I'm sick...asthmatic bronchitis...no kidding sherlock! He wants me to stay from work until Thursday...I told him Wednesday I will go back. Have to go back to the doctor's on Thursday. I know I am sick when I go see the doctor that I don't like!!! On an antibiotic plus my inhaler.
Everyone is out sick today!

Sandy-good luck today!! Hope everything comes out ok...I guess I should have said that for the prep! Tee Hee!!! I am so bad!

Well-back to bed, or at least sitting up in the chair. Can't lie down.

I survived!! I tell you one thing, the prep is a heck of a lot harder than the procedure itself. I only lost .8 over the weekend and through the prep. I couldn't believe it. So......when people tell me that I am full of you know what I can certainly deny it.

Denine, my heart goes out to you. I know how much you loved Ollie. We share your sadness.

Bonnie, get well. It must be doing a number on you!

Jeanne, good girl. Glad that you got the water down. It does get easier. I know nothing about the bars or an equivalent kind. All I know is soy protein bars. Maybe the pharmacist could help you find the right one. Mine is soooo tasty. It is like eating candy bars. Bad thing is .... I was never a candy bar person but now I look forward to them. Heidi bought a brand (?) that wasn't as good.

Gotta run. Just wanted you to know that I survived and it wasn't that big of an ordeal. They prep like I said and my IV wre the worst. No one can get those things in me. It was so painful where they had it but they told me to stick it out that it looked good. They thought that maybe they hit a nerve. Ewwww.

I keep forgetting to tell you Susan that Turners trip sounds so awesome. Heidi's outdoor lab was like a mtn thing. All the kids look forward to it. Turner's back in time trip sounds like something that I would enjoy. Heidi remember the trip that you guys did and we built teepees?

Hi everyone! We have had a few interesting days around here. We had a really wild thunderstorm sat. evening which blew out our cable modem! So I went out yesterday and bought a new one and then the we couldn't get the other computers to work. So we had the internet people to come out today. ALSO, We were without power for 12hours. It went out yesterday at 4pm and they didn't get it back on until 4am. The transformer in the next yard blew so they had to replace the whole thing.

Denine, so sorry to hear about Ollie. I was wondering if he was going to do well with the move. At least he didn't suffer and went in peace. It is still hard though when we lose a pet. I still get upset when I think about our 1st kitty Radar.

Bonnie, hope you start feeling better soon! Boy you must be sick if you go to the doctor. You are like me when it comes to doctors.

Heidi, nice to see you posting like always! I am so glad to come to the site and see your happy posts!

Sandy, I hope things went well today. Thinking of you!

Susan, Turner's trip sounds really fun! I wish they had something like that when I was his age!

Sally could you come to my house and have a garage sale like yours? I would love to get $300 in a garage sale! Way to go!

Well, gonna go! I'll check back in later!

DENINE: So sorry to hear about your kitty baby Ollie. I still can't think about my old dog Kira without crying:sad: . We are going to have lots of "babies" waiting for us at the rainbow bridge!

SANDY: Glad to hear you survived! I would have thought that the prep alone would have had you losing pounds! I am looking forward to my bars. I am really tired of meat, vegetables & water. I did buy the diet V-8 Splash today & it is really good. I put four ounces of Splash & enough ice cubes to equal the four ounces of water.

JULIE: No cable:badpc: I think those storms are coming my way.

Have a good night. Toodles:wave2: :earsgirl: JEANNE

I have very, very slow response time on the PC today so I want be on long. I was surprised to see so many posts but I did want to mentioned two things while I can (since you never know when I will get the server error messages again!).

First, Denine, I am so sad with you about Ollie. I know how much Ollie meant to you. You are in my thoughts and prayers!

Second, Turner made the team! He will not be the starting goalie but he will get some game time. Practices start next week, so I better enjoy this week while I can. We will have practices twice a week. Thanks for all the wishes for him to make the team. You guys are the best!

I'll try again in the morning but I can't always get on in the morning (or the evening for that matter).

Later!

Good morning! The computer is being nice so far.

Sandy, glad you got through the prep and procedure ok. The prep is always the worst. Unfortunately, I know the scope too well. I have ulcerative colitis and have to have them more frequently than I'd like. But, it beats the flex sig any day! Now that you can get back focused on the diet, I'm sure you'll be back on track to losing again.

Jullie, you can keep those storms your way or send them somewhere else. But, don't send them this way. I think we'll be feeling the effect of Francis over the weekend.

This year has been a very active storm season in the Atlantic and Francis is going to wreak havoc wherever she lands. I hope the Atlantic settles down a bit before you cruisers head out. October is usually a lot quieter than August and September, so you should be OK.

I gotta get ready for work. Everyone have a great Tuesday.
Later!

:cheer2: YEA TURNER!!! :cheer2: We all knew you would do it. Congratulations!!!! :flower1:

I am so glad I have a 4 day weekend coming up. I need a break from all this crazy work stuff.

So who has any ideas towards qualifying to buy a townhome? I am looking at this new townhome being built and I think it would be great. Where do I start to see if they will even loan me enough money to buy it? What is the process? I am clueless, maybe Denine has some insight!!!

Bonnie - I hope you feel better, one thing though...keep it over there!!! :p

My Duvet Cover is finally on sale....should I buy it? It is Mickey Mouse for $150. I wish my mom was awake so I could talk to her.

Ok, back to work.;)
