I am back again. I did get a little sleep. My stomach was bugging me, nerves, I think.

Just waiting for our agent to come for the open house and bring the copies of the signed papers, since we made a couple of changes to them. The buyers had to initial the changes.

It is supposed to be partly cloudy, but it is just plain cloudy.

HOORAY!!!! Denine and Jerry sold there house!! Now, countdown until closing!

HOORAY!!!! Bonnie got her harp. Can't wait to hear how the lessons go.

Nothing going on here but we had upper 80s again. Typical hot summer for us.

Wow almost a whole workday to go through without the DIS. Geez, I actually got a lot of work done today!!! The boards came back up just in time for me to leave work!!!

I am still fighting off this stupid cold, I first thought it was allergies but now am thinking it is a stupid cold!!!

Congrats Denine I am so happy that you are on the way to having your old house sold!!!

I hope everyone has a great night. Good TV night for me....Sally are you ready for the finale yet? Do you have a for sure guess who it is? I am hopefully taking a short nap when I get home.

DENINE: Congratulations:thewave: on the sale of the house. I can barely make one house payment so I would have no idea how to make two!

Joyce is on vacation this week but Saturday we are going to a "DisMeet" in King of Prussia. It should be fun. Good weekend at work & then Bobby called & invited me over for dinner. He made homemade pasta with olives & artichokes. It was really delicious.

My daughter is getting married in Paris (the casino that is) on July 16th, 2005. I have only been to Las Vegas once & it was when I had to change planes on the way to L.A. I think it could be a really good time. I put in for a time share exchange to Las Vegas & hope it comes through but, if it doesn't, I have a friend who has a house in Las Vegas.

We are all going to Paris in Las Vegas in 2005!!!!! Hooray!!! Always wanted to go see the sights!!! LOL!

The harp books arrived today!! I am starting to practice before the first lesson. Not too bad...ordered on the internet and they were delivered via priority mail today!!! I didn't even pay extra for that ! Can't wait to really get started but I must be patient...we adults want to be virtuoso's immediately!

I was going through board withdrawl!

The dry wall is done except for the taping and windows and corners. They are saying it should be done it about 4 weeks. I really have to start packing now!

We are still showing the house in case we get a secondary offer. I dount that we will need one, since the buyers are pre approved. They just need to get the official loan approval.

I am appliance shopping since the buyers want ours.

I am going crazy at work without having the DISboard. Hardly any access for 2 days, what is up with the board. I need my DIS fix, thanks to my mom!!!

Jeanne - How wonderful that your daughter is getting married at the Paris. It is absolutely a beautiful hotel, one of my favorites. I have a fare watcher on Las Vegas and current airfare from Denver is $116!!! The Paris is located in the middle of the strip so it is so close to all the action!! How fun!!!

My mom ran into my ex-boyfriends dad and he informed her that my ex bought a townhome down the street from the one I have my eye on. I can't believe all the townhomes in CO and we have to pick ones right down the street from each other!!

All meeting for the wedding next July could be really fun! Bonnie is always invited to EVERYTHING but never goes since she is in LOVE.

Jeanne, maybe I can talk Ted into going to Vegas for a couple of days next July. Anyone else up for it? Heidi can really get some good prices for Vegas. Bad thing tho, we need to save every penny for the Panama Canal. I need to win the lottery!

I heard from Darren. Nothing really new with him. Just trying to figure out what excursions to take this October. He wants to go to "Hell". Jeanne, do you guys have an interest? I know I asked before but can't remember what you said. He wants a t shirt that says "I'd rather go to Hell than go to work". It looks like a hole in the wall but the t shirts are inviting.

I'm up for it Jeanne!!! Never say never...it will give me a goal to get into my WOW dress again!! You know me...I need something to work towards to lose the weight. First it was the wedding then more for the cruise in 2002...now I have a wedding in Vegas for 2005!!!

I imagine the boards got hit with the Worm that spread through all the servers and search engines.

Nothing new here except an aggravating day at work...just found out we lost 30 nurses this past month...2 supervisors in our region are jumping ship...they are in panic mode at work trying to find nurses!!! Personally I could be tempted to start looking also...the salary is not high enough for all the aggravation!!!

Hi everyone! Finally back after the funeral and with the boards being down for 2 days, I was going through withdrawls!

Jeanne, count us in for the wedding in Vegas! I keep telling Garry that I was going to take him there, NOW we have to go to see all of you!!!!!!!!! This might be a "kid free" trip, unless we can get volunteers to babysit. We will see!

Nothing too exciting going on here. Makenzie has her 5yr check up tomorrow and Anna Marie goes back to her mothers tomorrow night. The only real exciting thing is that I'm typing this in my livingroom on our new laptop!!!! Garry won a Dell inspiron 1150 laptop on ebay and it came today. I went out and bought a wireless adaptor so we can use the internet with it. we already had wireless connection with the other computers in the house, so this was pretty simple to do. So between this laptop and the portable handheld PDA/PC we can keep up with the boards while we are on vacations!!!!!!!!!! I can even stay up with the wine chats while I'm making dinners now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speaking of wine chats, we are do for another one!!!!!!

Bonnie, way to go with the harp!!! I will be looking forward to hearing a concert from you once you have a few lessons under your belt.

Good morning!

Who is hogging all the sun and warm temps???????? It has been so cold and cloudy and miserable the last few days!

A trip to Vegas in 2005? Could be fun, but probably not doable.

I am trying to pack a box a day. Jerry is supposed to be getting quotes from movers. We are going to rent a truck and take boxes and small stuff on our own. We are getting movers for everything else.

I want to go to Vintage Ohio next weekend. It is a wine event that we have never been to.

I have to work on Friday. I am very close to turning in my resignation. I just want my yearly eval that was due in February. I think, next Friday may very well be my last day. I will find something closer to our new home after the 1st of the year.

Had a good time at Patty's over the weekend. Rain all day both Saturday and Sunday. I got soaked loading the car but I still love the rain!

Found the Brides maid dresses on clearance at Dillards $150 marked down to $25 pray pray pray they fit all the girls!

Sandy would love to have you Heidi and Ted attend Missy wedding. Looks like it will be December 19th. Any one else that may be in Colorado in Dec also!

Gary WON a laptop? After all I just went through picking one out and more than that... this rebate game! Scheesh, I have to copy so many things and so on. I had 6 rebates to send in for the purchase of 3 things, requiring 14 copies. Well, congratulations, mean it!

Sorry about the withdrawals some of you have been experiencing. The ironic thing is... this would be the support group for such a thing, at the same time.

Boy did we just get pelted with hail. It looks like a few inches of snow in my garden. I guess I can skip the watering for tonight.

I guess I have been hogging all the warmth and sunshine. Although we have had some afternoon and evening thunderstorms. You can always rely on hot, humid and stickey weather in the summer here.

I'll check back in when I return Sunday evening. I'll miss you all but will soak up some rays for everyone!

Hi all! Nothing going on here today except for Makenzie's 5yr dr. appt. She grew 3 inches from last year. Her hearing and sight are normal and she did real well with her 2 shots. Daddy told her that if she did good with her shots she could go to the toy store after her appt. So we did and she picked out a doll.

Lori, Garry had been wanting a lap top for awhile (me too) and was looking into what kind and the different options. He came upon this on ebay and placed a bid and won. It was what he was looking at on the Dell site, but it was a lot less then what Dell was asking for. It was brand new and still in its original box.

Denine, at least the day got better after 3pm. It is suppose to be nice the rest of the week. You work friday right? Are you guys busy saturday night? Maybe we could meet for dinner or dessert and then you could take us out to the new house. Or we could come over and help you pack. I just finished cleaning my basement and I'm real good now throwing things out and packing things. Now we don't have to worry about visiting since the house is sold. just let me know.

Bonnie, how is the harp lessons going? I want to hear some music real soon!

Jeanne, I'm so excited about your daughter's wedding. we are going to sure try and get there. I love weddings.

Susan, we will miss you, but have a great time!

Sandy and Heidi, what about that Big Brother! I would really like to see Jase and Scott go next week! Hopefully neither one will win head of house tomorrow (today by the time you read this).

Barb, glad to see you posting more. Haven't seen you post much on the cruise thread lately. Are you getting excited? Just wish we all could have been on the same cruise. We have season tickets to the Browns, and because we are going on the 16th cruise instead of the 23rd, we will miss 2 home games. That is about 1/4 of the home stand.
