Isn't Scott being a jerk in Big Brother......I wish for once that the players would have enough sense to vote off the really strong, controlling players. It never happens...makes you wonder if the producers have anything to do with it so people will watch because they hate certain players.

A Cinderella Story was cute. Both girls really liked it. It was fun just hanging out last night with them.

Good morning. I can't believe it is Thursday already!

I did a bunch of cleaning for a showing this afternoon that won't turn into anything.

Barb and Sally: You still have relatives here in Ohio. You can come visit us in our new house and visit them!

Went shopping for ceiling fans last night. We didn't buy anything yet. I can't believe how many there are to choose from!

We cooked out the last 2 nights. We had shish-kabobs the 1st night and brats cooked in beer then grilled last night.

The dry wall is coming along but we haven't had a chance to go see it.

Sally, they need to get rid of Scott and Jase. Things would get much better after that! For the life of me, I can't figure out why they keep those controlling people in just like in Survivor. It does make you wonder if the producers have anything to do with it. I read somewhere that producers reserve the right to keep controversial people in the dating reality shows.

Hi guys. Don't fall out of your chairs or anything, but I really am still alive.
I bought a new computer yesterday and I think I'll be happy with it. It's a laptop HP so I'll have the choice of using it at my desk with the mouse and my big flat screen that I love, or run around the house with it, or take it on trips, or to the school when the yearbook projects I do are needed at the meetings, ETC, ETC, ETC! Between 5 and 7 is the scheduled arrival time for the Comcast guy to come and install my new cable broadband, so YIPPEE, I get go wireless. (that's a similar feeling of freedom to going BRALESS, right?) I'll move my old computer which I had fixed, (I'm using it now and it's like new) to the basement, pitch Ben's old computer cause this is now an upgrade from that, and have the cable hardwired to it downstairs. I need to install the router before I'm online with the laptop, might have to be this weekend if the guy finished late. I need to work tomorrow...
So, I hope to be all transferred and online by Saturday.
Yippee skippy yippee skippy yippee...oh, you get the point.

I hope you all are doing fine I'll try and read back a few pages and get a general jist of the room when I get back on.
OK, it's 5:03 now. I better start uninstalling this and moving it downstairs.

I am stuck in the house again. My car wasn't done. They called at 5:00 PM to say the motor for the window JUST got there. Now I have had this appointment to get the window repaired for three weeks & they wait until 5:00 PM to tell me the car won't be done! Thank God I don't have to work tomorrow. I don't think they will send me a survey after this repair.

HEIDI: Are you feeling any better?

I coudn't log in this morning. I kept getting a server error message so I couldn't say good morning. Turner had a player development clinic for hockey this evening so I am just getting a chance to get back on.

I missed Big Brother tonight so I need and update from someone!! Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Nothing really happening here. I'm going to the beach with the girls next Thursday for a long weekend. That will probably be the last of my travels until fall.

Nothing exciting going on. We went up to the house last night. The drywall looks really good. I can't wait until it is complete!

Jerry is coming home a little early today so I can do some packing in the kitchen. I just can't do it with Kaleigh around.

Sorry Jeanne. You seemed so lonely. I am here and so is Heidi. It is her day off. We will do some running around. She has a few stores she wants to go to and I have to go to the DR for my ear. Anyone know where I can buy marbles for games? I need 6 different colors and six of each color. We play a fun game at Staceys cabin and I want to have one made also. I tried to get those floral marbles but can't get 6 different colors. Hobby Lobby has enough for 5 but they pretty much match the floral so I can't get 6 different colors.

Lori, welcome back. Seems like you are now happy with your decision. Thank goodness I didn't knock on that ladies window being it wasn't you. Can you imagine her fear??

Susan, BIG BROTHER.....Laurie was kicked off and Drew got HOH. Wish we had a beach to go to. I have a reservoir very close to my house but it isn't like a REAL beach!!!!!!!! Jealousy always surfaces when you guys talk about a beach. Oh well, a couple of more months and I will be able to go to one.

Just stopping in to calm my nerves. I just drove through some horrible fog down the mtn from my father in laws. I tried to beat it but it didn't work. It was a nasty one. Jeanne, I thought of you when you and Joyce drove in the fog a few months ago.

Being it is slow here I guess I will go look on the boards.

Good morning everyone. Turner spent the night at a friend's house last night and I have been busy this morning cleaning out closets. I guess you could say I am on a cleaning frenzy. Let's se if it last into the afternoon or I give up!

Sandy, glad you made it safely through the fog. I hope you are going to find some time for yourself this weekend. You need to slow down and relax a little.

Denine, glad the drywall is coming along. Before you know it, you will be living in and cleaning that big house!!

Happy Saturday!

GOing to a friends house for dinner this evening. We also have a showing that we won't be home for.

Trying to do laundry and some cleaning for the open house tomorrow.

It is nice and sunny but a little cool for my taste.















Oh yeah. We signed the papers this morning to sell our house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The couple that is b uying came on Thursday to see the house. They have a 26 month old child. They currently live in Parma Heights. We knew there was interest, but we have had that before with no offer. We found out they were meeting with their agent yesterday but wanted more info on the high power lines behind us. Jerry found the info and passed it along. We found out a little before 9 PM last night that we had an offer. The only point of contention was the closing date. We got that changed this morning wihout having to rent the house back. So, we don't have to make a double move.

Our agent still wants to have the showing today and open house tomorrow in case we get a secondary offer if the 1st one falls through. We would not usurp the 1st offer. They are nervous about the open house.


We are soooo relieved! We were afraid we were going to have to carry both houses.

It is a cold, cold day! Only suppose to get in the 60's and quite honestly, I don't think it ever did.

Teds dad had a 4 hr transfusion today so spent some time with Ted shopping for a file cabinet for my FIL. Teds brother was to get here from Utah to take care of him for next week but so far he is a no show. Ted is back up at the house. I am finally getting some laundry done. If Ted makes it back to this house, we will take time out and watch a movie. Sounds soooo good.

Susan, I sure could use some of that energy you have to clean out my closets. Wanna come?

Got some of those fun questionnaires back from you people. I think they are fun to find out more about each other. Too bad Krista and Bonnie didn't POST though.

Major learning curve here... I'm not just stumbling on it but on occasion, walking head first into it. If only the rest of life would kindly lean to the side and give me some time to get things set up. Goofy bills, medical issues and a start of school party need to understand that I really need this computer to work, so that I can talk to my friends... cause, you know... what's life without???

It is amazing how fast the boards are at 6:30 on a Sunday morning. I couldn't sleep, so I got up for a little while.

Sandy: This has been a weird summer. We have had it cool the last few days, but not that cool. We have been in the very low 70's.

Lori: Hope you get every thing straightened out.

I am waiting for our friends to e-mail some really cute pics taken of Kaleigh and their grandaughter, Lexi. I will send them along when I get them.
