Okay so I just talked to my best friend and she made me take a picture with my camera so she could see my new hair cut so I will post it here for you to see:

Her response was, "OMG what did you do? It's cute, but what did you do you are getting married and want your hair long." She told me to take prenatal vitamins to make my hair grow longer faster. Then she said it was going to take her a while to get use to it!!! (nice how my best friend supports me!!!) Yes, I am on the phone talking to her as I was taking the picture.

Heidi, Heidi, Heidi, I am here. Did you forget that I got my haircut today as well????? I TOTALLY MEAN THIS.......I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR HAIR. LOVE IT!! And, I think Taura was mean. Sorry! Even if she thinks it is too short it will be down to your knees by June. You know how your hair grows. But honestly, I LOVE THAT LENGTH ON YOU!

Barb, I have never been to Maggiano's. It looks so cool on the outside so I figured it is way too expensive for me. LOL

My package came in the mail today. Yippee. Now I can concentrate on getting it mailed!

Heidi: I love that length on you! It looks great! Love the pictures too, especially the pet!

I had to work today, that is why I was MIA, but I am here now.

We will be in WDW the 1st to the 10th. We have breakfast at Chef Mickey's on the 10th and our flight leaves around 6 PM. Kaleigh's surgery is on the 11th.

It is cold today!

I was reading some of the surgery books to Kaleigh and she started crying. It broke my heart and I ended up crying too, but I had to leave the room so she didn't know. I just hate seeing her scared, but she wants to know what is going to happen.

We have to do school tomorrow because we are falling behind. Sunday is Sunday school, Monday I have my GYN appointment. At least I am done with work until after vacation.

Went grocery shopping tonight and got what I needed for Thanksgiving along with everything else.

Sandy: My SIL never offers to bring anything for holidays, and when she does bring something, there isn't much of it. My mom has been hurting so badly due to her fibromyalgia and taking care of my dad that I said I would bring the main dish if she would get the "go withs". It is just easier having at my mom's. It is usually just us at Jerry's mom's and I usually bring dessert. His mom likes to make Thanksgiving dinner. My parents go to the dinner their church has. We went with them one year, it is really nice.

I am still waiting for a shipment. I may have to send things separately, but I don't want to.

Running out of here early today. We are having the tires rotated on the truck. Never knew that it would be such a big ordeal to find someone that can do duelies. Not sure how to spell that.

We pretty much have always done all holidays "potluck" style except when my mom cooked. My mom use to love to do it too but as she got weaker she had to stop. She never had anyone bring anything either. NOT ME!! If you wanna come, bring something! My SIL is the same way.

Denine, don't ship separate. Wait until it all arrives.

Sandy: I think it is more fun if everyone brings something. My mom clled this morning and said she told my SIL to bring biscuits. Now, my mom says they aren't going to the church in the afternoon, it is "just too much". She said she might make something. I feel bad, that the only Thanksgiving they will have is brunch in the morning.

I will wait for ths shipment and hopefully I can send it altoghter, but I don't want to wait too long before I send something.

I decided where I want to eat at WDW for my 40th birthday.... Whispering Canyon Cafe! Now this will be a memorable birthday!

It has been a cold, wet day. I need to make a cranberry/orange relish with Kaleigh for school. We will take it with us on Thursday. I guess ineed to go wake her up.

We watched Nation Treasure on TV last night. It was pretty good. THere is another one coming out 12/21.

Hoping to take Kaleigh to Enchanted next weekend. There are just no "G" movies out there!

I made a loaf of bread for breakfast tomorrow morning.

And now you know the day in the life of me!

Once again, it is a weekend and just me.

Jerry is out cutting the grass and Kaleigh is on her swing set.

I was trying to look at Penney's for Christmas presents for Jerry, but their pants just don't come long enough. I found a great price on lambswool sweaters on another sight, but wool makes him itch. Ugghhh!

Plus, I think the granuloma is coming back on my toe. So, now I have to call tomorrow to see if I can get in while I am in Strongsville for my GYN appointment. I am fed up. I have been dealing with this for 2 months!

I guess I am in a complaining mood today.

On the bright side, Kaleigh and I made the cranberry relish and it is really good. I didn't expect to like it, but I did. Kaleigh tried it, but didn't like the nuts in it, but at least she tried it.

I have a bunch more books to pick up at the library, maybe later, maybe tomorrow.

Jerry is working from home tomorrow so don't expect to hear from me until Tuesday.

Good Morning!

I had this post almost done and lost it all. Boy is that frustrating!

Heidi- I love your hair. It really frames your face and draws attention to your features. You have a beautiful face and it is very becoming on you.

Denine- Sorry about your toe and cold weather. I still can not believe the weather here has held out so long. We are suppose to have snow later this week.

Tiffany comes home today. YAY! I work today and tomorrow but then I am off the rest of the week.

Good morning. Can you believe Thanksgiving is this week? Wow, it went fast!!

Our computer is acting up at home so we have to go get it fixed.

I am excited, I get to go to the Broncos game tonight with my best friend. She is a huge Titans fan and I am a Broncos fan so it should be a fun and interesting game tonight!! She will be in her Titans attire and I will be in Broncos and we will be sitting right next to each other cheering!!

Mom - I am bringing a dip for thanksgiving too. It is Chris's family favorite dip that they always have and it is so good. I put it on Ritz crackers but Chris puts it on celery so we will have both. It is basically cream cheese and pineapple whipped together.

Sandy: It is oranges, cranberries and nuts mixed with sugar. I used half sugar and half splenda.

I went to my yearly GYN appointment and got on me about my weight. I knew she would. She also wants me to have a lipid profile and cholesterol done. I need to schedule a mammogram for around my birthday.

I managed to get an appointment with the podiatrist right after my other appointment. He told me it couldn't be growing back, it was too soon. Then he looked at it. He took a culture just to see if there is an infection that the ATB's didn't clear up. He wants me to do a different kind of dressing change called a wet to dry. So, I had to go buy saline. I go back next week. If it isn't any better, he is going to try steroid cream to try to shrink it. He also put silver nitrate on it today. If whenwe get back from our trip, it isn't any better, then he will have to cut it out, go deeper than he did last time. I am so tired of this. I just want to be able to wear cute shoes. All I can wear comfortably are my crocs. Glad I bought them though! My toe is hurting from the fussing.

Denine - that is horrible about your toe. Is it going to bother you walking around WDW? What a mess for you to deal with.

The game was a lot of fun, but I am now paying for it. I am exhausted!! It was a good game and worth being overly tired today, we won!!! I had about 5 hours of sleep and I need 8 to function. Guess tonight is an early night for bed!!

Today is my last work day until Monday. It is suppose to snow tomorrow so we may not be going to Denver.

Finally got the tree up last night but still no decorations. This year I also have a Mickey train to put around the bottom. I have a feeling Ethan is not going to leave the tree alone this year like he has in the past.

Barb, you are sweet. Thanks for wondering about me. I am fine. Just going crazy. I am busy preparing for Thanksgiving for 13 people. You know.....shopping, cleaning, cooking. Then the computer acted up yesterday when I downloaded Norton. I am going to run out and get some breakfast and get to cooking. What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

Barb: We can't put our tree up until we get back from WDW and Kaleigh's surgery. We used to have a train around our tree, but it broke years agoa nd we never replaced it...someday.

Sandy: I am cooking and doing school tomorrow.

Heidi: As long as I wear my crocs, I shouldn't have any problem walking around WDW. I just can't wear tennies. I am just sick of dealing with it. I am with you on the sleep thing. I need my sleep! At least you had fun!

Kaleigh was READING in school today! "Nat at bat". She didn't even realize that what she was doing was reading. She was so excited when I pointed it out to her. She is doing so well in school. Proud mom moment.

Heidi, I am making sweet potatoes, a new green bean recipe that I got off the DIS, stuffing, Bryan's Grandpa's cherry mash bars and I have the turkey in the oven. All today. Then I want to clean the bathroom and maybe make a batch of rolls. With Noah and Graci coming over here tomorrow, I am on crunch time.
