I believe they all cruised together October 2004 (I was not on the first sailing but my mom was and she got me addicted and they all let me join in on their DIS family) and we have been cruising together since.

Hi Thumpers Mum, we all cruised together for the first time Oct 2002. It says again and again because way back when the threads could only get to a certain amount of pages they had to be restarted. It was on the cruise board for a long time and then they put us here. Now they have the cruise meet board where they can stay and no page limits. We have really bonded and become more than friends that is for sure! Goodness sakes, no offense taken!!

Wow, was I ever off by 2 years!!!! Dang, it has been that long.....holy cow.

Chris took me out to dinner last night and apologized to me and told me he just has a difficult time understanding since he is not close to his family. So we are all better now. I am still sad, but I just keep trying to come up with the pros of the move for my sister!!!

I just keep trying NOT to think! Boy, the girls al LAWL thought I had lost my mind about being upset. And truthfully, when I said it out loud to someone it did kind of sound funny that it is just to Monument.

Well, tonight is the night all of our guys have to help my brother move his big screen tv. The bad part of is that it is suppose to be very windy. Makes me REAL nervous.

I hate the wind!!! It is unbelievably windy right now...they had to close down the lobby entrance because chunks of our building (14 floors) are falling off, makes me feel safe!!! The wind chill has to be below zero, it is bone chilling cold.

Good Morning

I am home from work for a couple of hours. The roads are terrible. It took me so long to get home from work last night and I passed several accidents along the way. SCAREY!!!

Yep 2002. We started talking long before that. Some time early 2001 if I remember right. I have often tried to remember how I found this board. I do remember I was posting on some other board when Krista found me and directed me to this board. I have no idea how I found the other board or even where it is now. How did you guys find this board??

Amanda paid $150.00 for her passport which I did not think was to bad. I remember when told me she was getting it in 2 hours I was thinking "Yeah right" but she did. I must admit I am wondering about the security of passports if you can get them in a couple of hours. I have to get mine soon so I am ready for our Panama Cruise!

You know Barb.....I often think about how I found this board as well. I was posting on another board,too. If I remember correctly it was closing and someone was talking about this one. How interesting that Krista told you about this one. I keep thinking that we started talking late 2001 or early 2002. I haven't been out yet driving but I hear the side streets are definitely ice skating rinks. I don't look forward to driving Graci to school that is for sure.....and it is in this neighborhood.

Well, the sun never came out yesterday, we just got a brighter shade of gray. It is to rain all day today and there is a flood watch in effect. It is supposed to get to 50 and then get colder again the next few days. It sounds like you CO people have yucky weather too.

I can officially say we are going to WDW next month!

At least the rain and warmer temps will make more of this nasty snow go away.

Heidi: If you like sauerkraut: I put a nice pork roast in the crock pot, and dump a jar of sauerkraut over the top, juice and all. I put it on low for 10 hours. Yummy! I do put a little pepper on the roast. Do not add water, do not rinse the kraut. Use the juices for gravy.

Sandy: Thanks for the link. I'll have to check it out. Yesterday I made garlic pasta for dinner. I lightened it up and it was only 6 points.

Need to get on the treadmill tonight. I actually did 30 minutes on Monday or Tuesday. We walked around the mall last night since I had to go pick up my rings.

Heidi: Good for you trying to come up with ways to still see your neice and nephew. Glad Chris apologized.

Stacey: If you don't mind being landlords, then I say rent out the house.

Jerry and I have passports. We needed them for our honeymoon and just renew. Confused as to whether or not we need one for Kaleigh.

I work tomorrow, so I don't know if I will be on or not until Saturday.

Heidi: Good for you trying to come up with ways to still see your neice and nephew.

I may say it is for my niece and nephew, but it is also for my sister. I would not be able to go long without seeing my sister, we are very close. We talk to each other at least once a day. Kind of hard not to talk to your "built-in" best friend!!! Guess I will have to up my long distance plan or up my cell minutes!!!

Thanks for the recipe, I normally don't like sauerkraut but Chris will love it!!!

Richard and I already have passports. We are debating whether to get the babies one this year or not. I have heard they might not make it mandatory for going out of the county by sea. I would rather wait and save money.

Heidi- I don't think it was either time. But I am not sure.

yesterday I got this horrible call where the woman was sooo confused after AN HOUR she finally got off the phone telling me she had to go to the bathroom cuz she had stomach problems. SWEET!
