Good Morning
Thought I would post early before I get to busy. I am working on a big Halloween project right now. We are transforming my team area into "Around the World in 80 Days" for a contest. I have been painting, drawing, coloring, cutting and creating for several weeks now. My team has a history of winning the contest so we have very high expectations of ourselves.

Jaymee is very happy and looking forward to her wedding. We are still trying to pin the date down it will be sometime in June. We are looking at June 13th or the 8th. I would like the wedding on a Friday but Jaymee has her reservations about being married on Friday the 13th. All the other weekends in June are already booked. I am a little concerned about having the wedding on a Sunday since there are several out of town people that will be invited.
I feel very honored to be such an important part of my daughters life. She has always been such a blessing in my life so onward we go.

Jaymee met him in tech school. He was there before she was and left 3 weeks after she got there. Louis is stationed in Nebraska, Jaymee is South Carolina. He is getting sent to the dessert next August so they want to get married before he leave for 4 months. He came to Colorado a couple of weeks ago to meet us. He seems nice.

We are going to have the "Cinderella Wedding" Jaymee has always dreamed of. I have been working on some of the plans. They will get married here in Colorado. Jaymee wants to get married at PineCrest in Palmer Lake so hopefully you guys will be able to come down. I know Julie probably won't be able to come since she is trying to come for Heidi's wedding.

That would be great!! If Jaymee ends up getting married on June 8th, maybe Julie would already be here since my wedding is June 6th. Cinderella wedding, that would be perfect. I would love to do that but Chris wouldn't want to and I totally understand that!

Barb - You must be thinking about my Honeymoon because that is in August, we are still hoping to take our honeymoon on the Panama Canal cruise!!! Yes, I will be here June 8th but not sure how many out of town guests will still be here though that we will have to entertain.

So I am on a search for cheap (under $1.00) flip flops. I saw a really cute idea that I would love to do at my wedding. Somebody's wedding on theknot.com had a bucket of flip flops for their guests to take and put on and dance the night away in comfort. I think that is the cutest idea, what do you all think? Any ideas where to find cheap flip flops in a variety of sizes besides Ebay?

Cute idea Heidi!

Did sleep well last night. Stayed up talking to Tiffany until 1:30 so I am a little tired today with only 3 hours of sleep. Tiffany is really growing into a mature young woman. I have had so much on my heart it was nice to be able to talk to someone that listened to me.

Still working on a our Halloween project. I am painting a cafe and bank front today.

I almost finished my pillow cases. I have one more missionette to do and 2 more for Tiffany's friends. 25 pillow cases make and embroidered.

Heidi, I like the idea. Did you try looking for wholesale flip flops? I googled it and found this site : http://seagullintl.com/Prod-19-1-1051/Ladies-Fashion-Color-Flip-Flops.htm It said it's assorted colors and sizes ladies flip flops 72 pairs in one box for 1.75 per pair. (I think) but you can find LOTS if you google it.) Do you have a dollar store around where you live? I'd look there first. I know ours had them in the spring and summer time.

THE TRIBE WON last night! IT was a great game! Garry and I went had tickets to it and it was awesome down there.

Barb, are you talking about this June coming up? 2008? Anna Marie graduates on June 8th so if you had it then, we would be there in spirit!

Heidi, I think I agree with Julie. The Dollar Tree had flip flops and I also remember Michaels having them but I don't remember price there.

Yes s/h was $21.50 but it only comes out to be $1.24 per pair. Old Navy online has their flip flops on clearance for $1.49, I wonder what the store prices are? The problem with the dollar store is I don't think they have very many sizes, do they? Someone told me that sometimes Hobby Lobby has sales on flip flops which makes them a $1.00.

Oh no Julie, with Anna Marie's graduation so close to my wedding it might make it impossible for you to go to my wedding unless you and Garry fly out the next day (Saturday)...(if it was even a real thought in your head to come to my wedding!!! I totally understand the expense and not being able to!!!)

Julie, I forgot to add earlier how lucky you were to have been able to go to the game. I bet it was fun especially when you won! It is fun here now. You see purple everywhere you go. You see Rockies clothing. You hear it morning, noon and night. It's this fun when the Broncos win too.
