Heidi: How did the twins do at the wedding?

It is 86 ans sunny here. Supposed to be nice and warm again tomorrow. The bottom drops out just in time for us to get out od Dodge.

We had fun last night. We won all 3 games of pinochle. Kaleigh enjoyed Sunday school again.

5 days until we leave. It is clean out the fridge for dinner time since we will be gone almost 2 weeks. I will start pulling stuff out to pack this week. Still have to go to Target and the grocery store for some stuff. We have 3 days of school this week. Jerry will be working from home on Thursday. We will leave in the wee hours of Friday morning.

Denine, I love to leave the house with an empty refrig as well. Nothing worse than coming back to old "green" food. What itinerary are you on?

The twins and the wedding.....well, ummmm. For starters, as they were lining up, Tyler decided to dirty his diaper so he walked down with a little bit of an aroma. Joey did pretty good walking down with Stacey and Tyler was crying out for daddy. The photographer and a lot of the guests took pictures of the twins, taking away from the bride. She hopes that Jessica understood and was ok with it. Tyler thought that he was quite the stud muffin in his tux. Not sure about Joey other than she was excited to wear her black patent leather shoes. Stacey and Richard couldn't get them off her on the cruise, she loves them.

I am doing research on where we want to go other than the Domincan Republic. We do have some choices and I think I have narrowed it down to the Occidental Grand Cozumel. We will take a day excursion to Xel-Ha. I am getting more and more excited.

Hi there!

I just had to pop in and tell you all how proud I am of my kids! On friday, they got their progress reports and Makenzie got straight A's!!!! I'm so happy for her! She is doing sooooooooooooooo well with this year's teacher(s)!!! Garry doesn't get grades yet on the progress reports but gets either meets expectations or does not meet.... And of course he got he meets expectations.

AND Garry was named Student of the Week for the entire school!!!! He got a certificate from the principal, and pencil, and his name announced over the PA so everyone got to hear! Not bad for having over 400 kids in the school!

Plus Makenzie scored ANOTHER GOAL this past Saturday at her soccer game. They lost, but she scored the only goal for her team!!!

And of course I can't forget Brooke. She LOVES school! She loves her teachers and thinks she is such a "big kid" to have to go to school and switch rooms for different classes (and she loves the fact that she has GYM too! In a gymnasium too!)

Saw Anna Marie for maybe 20 mins. on saturday. Garry and I went to see her run in her cross country meet. She did better place-wise then last year in this meet, so we were happy for her.

Well, the Tribe lost last night so now it's all we hear about that the Yankees will win the series now and how lucky the Tribe was ...blah blah blah! I can't stand the Yankees and it just makes me sick to see them win. Oh well, if we don't go this year , we will alway have our Cleveland standard......"next year!"

Sandy, that's cute about the twins! What great pictures and memories you will have of them!

Barb, did you ever get my "boo'd" that I pm-ed you? I didn't get a "boo'd" from you. Maybe something is fishy on the boards. Oh well. Let me know if you ever do get it!

Julie - Congrats to the kiddos. What great kids you have!!! I saw that the Indians lost yesterday, but that is okay you will get them on the next game and knock them out.

Off to go play around with my mom. I have my WDW sweatshirt on and flip flops, can you tell I am not ready to give up summer yet??!!!

I was so excited to see the Indians win....CONGRATULATIONS!!!! The Rockies play Arizona starting on Thursday and I don't think we will make it past them so you have to root hard for the Rockies too!!

I really think I found my wedding dress yesterday. I tried on a ton of dresses and was down to my 2 favorites at one store. My mom thought we better go get lunch and try another store just in case. As soon as I put the dress on I knew that it was the one, too me it looks like a princess dress. I love it. We are going to one more place on Friday and then if I don't find anything that I absolutely LOVE, we will go back and buy my dress!!!!!

Also found good news about the ring I bought while I was in St. Maarten. We got an estimate on it and it would retail here in the states between 1200-1500 and we bought it for $700, we did good and got a great deal they said!!!

We watched/listened to the whole game. Couldn't go to sleep until we won.
We play game 1 on Friday. We will try to watch it in Georgia when we get to our hotel.

Heidi: I hope you found YOUR dress! How exciting! I have always gotten good appraisals on jewelry I have purchased.

Jerry said no to jewelry in St. Maarten this year. We need to tighten our belts a bit. I am good on jewelry anyway...for now.

Man, the cows up the street are really mooing today. That is all I heard during school. Then we had to take a nature walk and more mooing.

I have been working on gathering stuff for packing.

I was watching Live with Regis and Kelly and found out that you guys won. I was sooooo ecstatic. I am so anti-Yankees! Good for you guys. Regis predicted that it would be you guys against us. They Heidi talked in her post, it might not happen. Guess it will be a waiting game!

Denine, your post made me remember back in the day when we bought this house. You could hear the cows and now only traffic and sirens.

Heidi: That dress is GORGEOUS! Can I get married again so I can have a pretty dress like that? How about a vow renewal in WDW instead?

Sandy: When I told Jerry the cows were really mooing he said "still"? I guess they were at it when he went to work and they were still at it last night. I wonder if it has to do with the change in weather?

We finished the last day of school until after vacation!!!!!!! Jerry is working from home tomorow, so this is his last day at work.

I have a bunch of stuff to do today. I ended up making 2 batched of pasta sauce yesterday. My tomatoes are still going strong.

We are going to Bennigan's for dinner and then leftover pizza tomorrow.

It is only 52 out right now with a fall sky.

We will try to watch some of the Rockies game tomorrow, but we have to get to bed VERY early. We want to leave no later than 3 AM Friday morning. That means we need to be up by 2 AM.

I was also wondering where Barb is.
