I am exhausted. I plan to stay home and sleep tonight. Ok Heidi, maybe a movie on TV.

Poor Susan! At least you could walk home and not have to sit the 2 hours out! Plus Stanley got a good walk out of it.

Denine, I think that you will enjoy getting your neighbors. It always seems that a new neighborhood becomes so close until everyone starts moving again.

Sure is interesting about Julie! Hope everything is ok.

Barb, glad to see you post. I was just thinking of you today. I bet you are sooooo excited.

Lost another .2. Definitely no biggie but I was so pleased that I didn't gain. Maybe I have broke the streak.

Denine being the first in the neighborhood you get to be the matriarch of the neighborhood! You get to welcome all the rest...get the gift baskets ready!
I remember one neighborhood we moved into had a Welcome Wagon group and some woman brought a basket of stuff for my mom...I thought it was cool and each time we moved I expected the same thing...Not! But it was nice anyway.

Where is Julie???? I am truly concerned...Sandy (our matriarch) did you happen to try to phone? Any answer from email?

Well...the problem associate has been out all week...seeking treatment after another visit to crisis center...this seems to happen when I schedule a time to speak with her regarding performance.... Gee you think my ears should be burning?

OK...Gotta do the banana... Just love him!

When it rains it pours...Ryan is on TV again tonight. The jazz orch. he is in will be on locally at 7PM for an Eagles pep rally...back up for some grammy winning jazz artist. Not that any of you can see it but just thought I would tell you all. I caught a preview on the news. Same tune as the link I gave you all.

That was a long one!

We're at the beginning of a winter storm, we have sleet which should give way to 2-4 inches of snow followed by freezing rain which will probably leave 1/4 to 1/2 inch of icing. Hope we still have electricity by morning!

Good Saturday morning

We might get snow they said.....Sandy, I did the LA diet yesterday and actually lost 2 l/2 pounds and I didn't drink as much water as I should have...just think if I follow it really close how much I could lose...lol

I scrapbooked with a friend all morning and didn't do much the rest of the day....I really think I am getting lazy! Hope today is a better day.

Everyone try to have a great weekend....no more sickness!!!

Be safe in NC Susan...hope you don't lose power. Looks like you all are sending the weather our way tomorrow. At least it is today and not when you had to walk home.

Well, a LOT of air time for Lars Halle Jazz Orch. All you can see of Ryan is the back of him though. Kept playing it on the news this morning and even ended the noontime news with them. They are really good...the best graduates of U of Arts jazz program.

I am waiting around for my new mattress and box spring to be delivered...of course makes me kind of nervous when the store calls to let me know it's in (separate delivery company). I realized when I answered the phone that I have little voice left! I guess I haven't talked to Perditta today.

Have a great weekend all. I wish I had my new bed...I would climb in it right now!

About an inch of snow then we had a break. Now the freezing rain is supposed to be moving in.


Update on my brother: He has to have a TEE to confirm if his heart and/or heart valve are infected. He has had a fever the past few days and that is what they are afraid of. Please keep the pixie dust and prayers coming his way.

RE: Julie. I didn't get an answer with my email and Denine left a message on their answering machine. I, too, am a little concerned. If I find time I will call.

Way to go Sally. I am so proud of you and glad the diet is working. Stay warm. Heard the storm will hit you guys pretty good. We had quite a bit of rain today and is suppose to turn into snow tonight.

We have been making our DVD today AGAIN. THe program is acting up AGAIN. Hopefully we can get it done this weekend. We have a 30 day warranty on the computer repair so hopefully they can straighten it out.

Kristy, thanks for the phone call. So sorry we missed you! How is the weather in Boston. Getting any better? Hugs to the family.

7:20 PM and still no delivery!!! I called earlier in the day and they told me that they were late picking up but it would be here soon. Called the store at 5PM and they told me that the company called and said they would pick up after 5 PM...called the company to see what was going on and they said they had problems. 6PM got a call that it was on it's way...hmmm....sill waiting!

Pixie dust for your brother. Hope it isn't an infection.

SANDY, TED & HEIDI: CONGRATULATIONS to the Van Horn's! TWINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Surprise trip with Mary Lou to Delaware to check on her house Friday & we were supposed to stay until Sunday but they are predicting snow again & she has to work Monday. We did manage to go shopping today at the Outlet Stores in Rehobeth Beach. I bought alot of things at the Disney Outlet. We had a great weekend, ate every meal out, went to the movies to see "The Aviator" (know wonder it was nominated) & shopping. What more could you want?

It came! after 8PM...only about 8 hours late! But the funny thing is you should see it! I have an antigue iron bed which puts a mattress and box spring a little higher...something I took into account when ordering. However... I have to take a flying leap to get into the bed!!! What a sight!

Hello all.

Yesterday was not a good day. My jeans didn't feel any looser and it was just so gray. Kaleigh kept saying she didn't like mama, but she did like dada. She didn't even want anything to do with me yesterday. She started this on Friday. It just broke my heart and I ended up crying.

Today, I am just tired.

We did go to Amish yesterday and I was frustrated because of how many points lunch was. I didn't even put some of my ususal stuff on my salad and used fat free dressing which I don't like. I didn't have any pickled eggs. I didn't use any sour cream on my potatoe wedges. I drank water. At least I had just enough points left for a skinny cow fudge bar. I soooo wanted to munch chocolate, but 2 points just for a ghiradelli sqaure is nuts, especially when you want the whole box!

Bonnie: I can just see you trying to get into bed!

Sue: Hope everyone is OK down there. Pixie dust for your brother.

Sally: Congrats on the weight loss.

Jeanne: I also wish we had a Disney outlet store here. I would go crazy! Sound like you had a f un mini trip.

Sandy: Let us know if you get a hold of Julie.

Good morning, thankfully I made it into work today. I guess the snow plow drivers didn't believe the weatherman that it would snow last night because this morning there was a few inches and the roads were not plowed. Made it an interesting drive into work.

I am fighting a stupid cold, wishing it to go away soon!!!

Ok, I'm here. Been very down lately and haven't checked the boards OR my emails. It has been a rough 2 weeks. My window situation went from bad to worse! Now they aren't going to pay for anything! Long story but since it was "fixed" the last time.... AND when it was fixed... the adjuster back then (who by the way doesn't work for the company anymore) errored in our favor and paid for more work then our policy covers..... the insurance company says they will not fix the problem now. Since they (the insurance company) said that this is a re-accuring problem that they will not do anything. NICE! My vertical blinds that are now ruined they won't cover since it isn't "part of the dwelling". Still fighting this problem, but it probably won't go anywhere.

All that plus there is something wrong with my dishwasher, anwsering machine has been acting up, Brooke being sick, Garry (you know the one who use to post) has been really sick. I think he had bronchitis (sp) or walking phnemonia (sp) (heis getting better but he still sounds horrible), Makenzie got her report card and it wasn't good (her teacher and I are going to go a few rounds) and it being the Big Guy's birthday on Sat Feb 5th..... life is normal.... right? Well, enough about that. That is why I haven't posted for awhile. Just didn't feel like doing anything but curling up into a ball and rolling away.

Let's see here....

CONGRATULATIONS HEIDI AND SANDY on the TWINS! How exciting! And I thought twins skip a generation. Sandy, I haven't even looked at my emails so sorry I haven't responded to it. Heidi, that is sooooooo great about your friend moving back! I had a feeling that she would be back!

Susan, pixie dust to your brother! I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers. My problems see trivial to your brother's and your family.

Denine, glad you had a nice weekend away. I didn't get your email either since I haven't read them in the past 2 weeks.

Bonnie, congrats on the cruise! AND your bed! I hope the good things keep coming your way. Hey, do me a favor, when you guys are on the cruise, IF Roy Disney is on the ship and you guys run into him, can you get him to sign something for my crew? I'd like a picture of you guys with him too if you can! (if you do get a picture with him, take a picture of me with you so I'm in the picture too)! I did see Ryan on the Wheel!!! He does look like you like Jeanne says. He's a cutie. When he mentioned Melinda (isn't that his wife?) I did throw up in my mouth since she has caused so much "friction" between you and Ryan,but I swallowed it! LOL!

Barb, Glad Bob is home with you finally! When they are away, it seems sooooooooo long for them to return. Tell him we all say hi!

Jeanne, are you getting excited about the Eagles yet??????? I will be thinkin of you and Bonnie on Sunday! GOOOOOOOO Eagles!

Kristy, glad to see you posting too! Tell your mom that Julie says hi! And she has a PM waiting for her from me from awhile ago.

Well, I hope I got everyone. I'll try to keep checking in, but I can't make any promises. Just feeling real blue and can't get out of this funk. I'll try.

On the lighter side,I did lose 1lb last week. I did do the weigh in even though I hadn't checked the boards.
