Barb, that was so funny! The best part of it is that my family says I love you too. Ted was talking to a friend and said it. He was so embarrassed. At least it was a friend and not a fellow employee. In fact, it was the lady that passed away last year that we have been dealing with. It was years ago however that he did it. After that slip, they told each other that quite often. Maybe it was a good slip.

Barb, I wasn't sure if you wanted to participate in the secret santa exchange for the "other" thread. I felt that you hadn't had a chance to get to know anyone. I hope you don't feel left out. I didn't know what to do.

I don't believe it I have been trying for weeks to get in and it wouldn't let me and now today wala I am in.

Do you know how mading it is to read and not be able to write anything

I will have to go back and read everything I have missed......Dick had eye surgery and now he can see without glasses....we went today to get his reading glasses which he still needs and I got my eyes examined and ordered a pair. Boy glasses are expensive....my last pair years ago was $70 today over $400

My sister-in-law is coming our from Ohio for a short visit...we are planning on scrapbooking the whole time she is here. She is bringing l74 pictures....

Been gone all day so better go get something done...will write more later...that is if they let me back on

Awful day at work and a worst day at home but that is a VERY long story. I can tell my nerves are really bad since I haven't had a herpes breakout on my lip in about five years and the cold sores have suddenly APPEARED!

You all should know that there isn't any way I could figure out how to post the baby's pictures. You just have to take my word for it that she is really cute!

BARB: I just love being a "Grandmom". Having a baby around makes all the holidays special again.

Just needed to vent via computer and tomorrow I am back to the hell hole oh I mean the hospital. Calgon take me away...

Mom- Welcome back!!! Our board has been a little quiet with Julie and Denine gone. We are going to a movie tonight, up to Stacy's house tomorrow and Boo at the Zoo tomorrow night. Let me know if you want to go to any of them.

Sandy-Don't worry about the exchange. If you can fit me in great...if not no problem. I just appreciate all of you welcoming me on the other board. Heres me NEW FRIENDS

Barb, you really have a full day tomorrow. I am getting a little nervous about the weather and Monument Hill. I hope the snow stays away from there. So far they are saying just in the high country.

Stacey, wait till you see the paper plates. I was only going to use the ones I bought for the house/trailer at Costco but I saw these. Oh my.....cute, cute!!

And Heidi, I am sorry that you had a bad night. I hope things improve. Hey, do you guys want to come over for a movie night and popcorn tonight? Maybe even go to Armadillo for dinner?

Talked to the manager last night at Best Buy and told him everything. He is going to take it to corporate. He was a terrific man. I hope he wasn't just being nice to get rid of me. It could take another 4-5 days. Every time it is 4-5 days. That is getting old. 4-5 days turns into 1 or 2 weeks.

Sandy, how about the Amazing Race? My team is the girl without the leg....they did good last week.

And Surviour......Don't really have any favorites yet.....

The Bachelor.......I think they make him leave some of those girls on...the one he got rid of they are bringing back....the really annoying rich girl.

It is really nice today....just went out and filled the bird feeders.....I have l0 feeders plus fruit holders and boy did they go through the food this last week. I got two 20 lbs bags last Sat and one is almost gone. With my two birdbaths for water and all the trees, I would live here too if I was a bird.

Good News for me too.

The OWNER of the Caesars called me today and after I went through the long drawn out emotional version of what happened he apologized and said dinner next time is on him. I was very satisfied. All I was after was for them to wright the order and apologize for all the frustration I had been through.
I'm a happy camper again.

Tiffany got 6 inches cut off her hair today. Tonight we are going to a movie.
nothing exciting.

The girls and I watched the Bachlor this week. After the last Bachlor I swore I would NEVER watch it again. It is the most frustrating show EVER!!! But here I am again. Not impressed with any of the girls this time. I have been trying to figure out what a "Socialite" is. Why is that girl rich??

Oh my gosh, is Sally ever back!! Ok, that socialite girl is absolutely the most aggravating girl they have ever had on the show. I honestly think that you are right Sally. They keep those kind around for ratings. I haven't watched The Bachelor for a couple of years and one night Ted wasn't home so I tuned in. I got hooked immediately because of the socialite. She is one of those that thinks "privilege" should stay with the "privileged". Survivor, I like Yul. The one with the immunity idol. Amazing Race.....hmmmm. Really no favorites yet. I did like the girl without the leg but she started kind of whining about her boyfriend and I haven't actually seen that he is that bad to her. I thought he was very supportive of her leg. Remember when she had to climb the rocks? He just kept pumping positive thoughts into her and wasn't annoyed that she wasn't fast.

I cut off quite a few inches too. But...no one has even noticed it. Guess it is because I kept the same style. Just shorter. I remember Tiffany had gorgeous hair. If she is anything like Heidi, that 6" will be back in a couple of months.

Just getting ready to leave. Its off to the craft show then on to Stacys. If the roads are bad I will call Stacy and let her know we are not going to make it otherwise I will be there with bells on and Heidi I think you need a hug.

Heidi's pampered chef party went great I think. She had a great turnout! Yeah! Hopefully everyone had a good time!! I am in the process of ordering all the items as we speak...hopefully I will get them in sooner than later!!
